I’ve only gotten my nails professionally done once before in 2017 (somewhere else) so I figured I’d treat myself and try again. I booked my appointment online for a gel manicure and added art as an add-on. I arrived and waited by the counter but wasn’t greeted or acknowledged for about a minute. No big deal. A man appeared and I told him I was there for an appointment and he told me to go wash my hands. Embarrassingly, I couldn’t figure out how to work the sink faucet so I was probably over there for longer than I should have been. By the time I went back to the counter, the man was gone so I waited again. A girl appeared and I let her know that I had an appointment and she then told me to wash my hands. 🤦🏻♀️ I said I had already done that lol.
I’m definitely a rookie when it comes to salons and nail stuff. I didn’t feel welcome and the workers didn’t seem cheerful. I had a difficult time hearing them when they spoke – maybe from the masks or maybe from the music. My nail tech never asked about the art/design I wanted on my nails and it was too late by the time I thought I should speak up.
Overall, the salon was okay. I don’t think I’ll come here again but I’m glad that I gave it a try. My pink nails are cute. 💅🏻

Went to this place today and the results where not very good. I was getting an acrylic fill. The person doing my nails did a horrible job. Some are uneven and the colors don’t match up, some gel nails are darker then other ones. The shape of the nails are all messed up too. Then with the terrible nail job I had to pay 80$? Absolutely not worth 80 when it looks like this, and on there website it says acrylic refills cost 35$? This place is a scam and not worth your time or money.

Worst nail salon I have ever been to. I came in and got a fill done by Jody. The nails were absolutely horrible! Areas missing polish, divets in the acrylic, bumpy nails, bumpy polish, and absolutely NO apex. I got my nails done less than a week ago and THREE of them have broken so far! I don’t work with my hands and make sure to be very gentle with my hands/nails and the nails snapped off like they were made of paper! I have never had this happen after going to any other salon, ever. Never returning or recommending this place to anybody.

I love Kenny! I have yet to find any local nail artist who can master the ombre! He nailed it every time! And omg this holiday green 😍 🎄

Beautiful salon. I did a dip Mani with Kenny. However, two of my dip nails chipped immediately the next day. A different nail tech, boong, was able to fix it for me free of charge. However, not even five days later and two more nails have chipped. I usually go to a place in Gahanna and those dip manicures last three weeks at the minimum. Very disappointed as I really wanted to like this place
