This was my first ever acrylic set and my experience was amazing! The place was clean and inviting. The receptionist was really sweet and so was the girl doing my nails, who I believe her name was Tina? She didn’t waste any time and was super efficient. She also didn’t try to upsell me anything and just did exactly what I wanted which I really appreciated. If you’re feeling overwhelmed on where to go for acrylics I would definitely recommend glossy nails because they are amazing.

First time here and I was really impressed. Linda did the best manicure. Very detail oriented nail tech. Will definately be back and price was fair too. I gave her a $10 tip.

I’ve been here a couple times. The first time was good done by one of the men that work there. The second time was rushed and painful but the acrylics lasted so well I returned. The 3rd time my nails were so thin and brittle I decided to try the kindve polygel method I think it’s called gel x, I didn’t touch them up for like 3 weeks so I just took them off at home and when I took them off I realized I had a horrible fungal infection on my thumb nail. This has NEVER happened to me, I’m so disappointed and outraged I will never returned.

Looove visiting Glossy Nails, their service is amazing every single time I visit. I do my gel nails at home but I can see the difference between a novice and a pro when I visit Glossy. They’re always happy to see us and have been very accommodating when we don’t have an appointment. I love their decor, the atmosphere, and their selection of services.

Would not recommend. Today my daughter went in to get Gel x nails. She showed a picture to the tech. The tech said she could do what she wanted which was a super simple natural looking French tip. The nails were horrible. Within hours they were lifting and the nails were very thick, and not painted. We went back to Glossy nails and asked if they could be fixed. The young man which I’m going to assume is the owner was not helpful. He argued that the nails weren’t lifting and that was what they were supposed to look like. He had said they could be thinned out then came back and said they couldn’t be fixed.Then my daughter asked to just have them removed, she didn’t even ask for her money back. He said that there would be an extra charge for that. If the tech would have just said she couldn’t give her what she wanted in the first place, she would’ve happily followed her suggestion and I wouldn’t even need to leave this review.
