I got a 1 hour deep tissue massage with a sinus add on from Belle yesterday and it was amazing. From the moment you walk in the atmosphere and people are fantastic. Belle was attentive to my problem areas and exceeded all my needs and expectations. I love that you get a full hour for your treatment and the undressing and dressing isn’t added in your time like most places. The lady at the front desk (didn’t catch her name) explained the reward system to me, since it was my first visit at Gloss. She also, assisted me with setting up an appointment with someone who has experience with curly hair. Overall perfect experience and highly recommend! I’m excited for my hair cut and treatment next week and future services to come!

My 3 daughters and I have been clients for over 5 years. Gloss Salon is hands down the best in Omaha! With busy schedules it’s hard to book appointments 8 or 12 weeks out. Kelley is always able to work us in last minute! Between the 4 of us girls we have been to many of the stylists and they all do a great job! I had an anti-aging custom facial with Brenda yesterday that was amazing. I will be scheduling another one soon.
The salon maintains impeccable cleanliness and organization. Scheduling appointments is effortless and accommodating, for services ranging from hair and nails to massage, facials, and makeovers, consolidating all beauty needs under one roof. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a full service salon.

The services that I had were good but everything seemed so rushed. I was going for a relaxing atmosphere and there really wasn’t any down time in-between appointments. And for my foot soak prior to my reflexology session, the smell of peppermint was so overwhelming it made my eyes water. It would be nice to ask your clients what scent they prefer.
Brittany was very good at the reflexology part, made me very comfortable, and was a great conversationalist. I would go back to her.
The chair massage I had qas also very good. Next time I would arrange for more than 15 minutes.

This was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Deep tissue and relaxing enough that I almost fell asleep. My chiropractor recommended Gloss and I was surprised by how effective the massage was to get rid of some physical stress build up. I feel like a new me and will be back often. 90 min deep tissue with Bella. Chef’s kiss.
