I was a walk in on July 13,2024 and was greeted by a friendly front desk lady. Asked to wash hands and then I was met by my nail tech Sim. She was an absolute gem. I had original came in for a gill in, but once she started to remove the polish we notice some damage from a previous nail salon. She quickly took my nails off and discussed next steps. Once I agreed, Sim proceed to make me comfortable didn’t embarrass me or speak loudly while she was making sure that my nails would be healthy going forward. I got a new set and I’ll be back in two weeks. Sim was great she listened to what I liked and made it happen. I’m glad I found her.

I have been going to this shop for about 3 months now. Each time there has been a little something I didn’t like, however this last time was enough to make me not come back. For one, the price for chrome increased from $5 to $15 with no notice until checkout. Secondly, the person doing my nails cut and buffed my cuticles until they were raw AND buffed my nail down until it was thin, brittle, and sensitive. I was expressive during the entire process of it being painful and uncomfortable. I even began bleeding at the cuticle on 3 of my fingers. Now, I can barely use hot water until they heal because it burns and stings. On top of that, everything felt rushed and I was having to ask for things to be cleaned and redone. Even so, I left with my nails looking very sloppy as well as tender and sore. I would like a refund, but did not ask because I know there will just be push back and I’m just frustrated with everything. All in all, this manicure was NOT WORTH $65. I have no complaints on the pedicure as that is the only part I enjoyed. The staff is friendly for the most part, but I feel the person doing my nails did not know what they were doing. I will not be returning or referring anyone else here. There are definitely better salons around this area.

this experience was HORRIBLE. my first ever bad nail salon experience. not only did i not get what i wanted, my nails are hurting and nobody seemed to know what they were doing. it took 4 people to work on my nails and i got there at 10:30AM didn’t leave until 1:30pm.

last picture is what i asked for but instead of flowers i wanted the pisces symbol. although i usually do my own nails, i like to go to the nail salon the morning of my birthday and get a nice mani-pedi to treat myself.

the woman who did my nails didn’t even trim my cuticles. in fact, she FLOODED them and i had to sit and pick hardened powder off of them the next day. she also smudged the designs and french tips into my nails, making the nude and my cuticles DIRTY🤢 before that, she waited until she was painting my LAST NAIL to tell me she only knows how to do gel polish. ARE YOU KIDDING ME ! also, my nails are extremely sore 😣 i had to keep calling her to fix things and eventually someone else had to do it.

The woman who did my feet soaked my feet in the water and waited until after the nails were too softened to file and started BREAKING my nails off with the file !!!! then she’s had to call the man with the mole to do my acrylic toes and because she broke my nails, they had to cover those with acrylic as well- which i did not ask for and they STILL charged me 😡

not only that, they didn’t even put the design on my feet ! i didn’t really mind bc i was so hurt and i just wanted to leave. plus the feet came out very pretty. the only reason this review is getting 1 star is because i liked the way my feet came out. $105 totally wasted.

Yaya did a great job on my nails! As well the young lady that did my pedicure. They were working on me at the same time and didn’t waste no time. This was my first time here and I will be back for sure!

I started coming here following my nail tech of three years, Sim! She is the truth at shaping and designs. I’m pretty simple but she still always hooks me up. She also introduced me to the best pedicurist Ten Ten. They are my dynamic duo every time I come in. This location cleans and sterilizes and that truly gives me a warm and fuzzy.
