I used to love this place but this year has been a completely different experience. The last three times I have gotten my nails done the quality has been terrible. They chip, break and peel like I have never experienced before. And the last time I went for a pedicure the male technician didn’t even draw water for my pedicure, just took off the polish on my toes and repainted them really fast. Very disappointing from what it used to be, definitely not the worth the price anymore.

I called ahead to make an appointment and the girl seemed irritated that we were the last ones in for the night. While filing my nails she was gagging, when using the file drill she cut two of my fingers so much they are still tender and red days later. The length is not even and the shape wasn’t either, I had to fix the shape when I got home as well as trim dry skin and cuticles she missed. She never acknowledged that I was bleeding, then seemed a little worried, never apologized either…may not go back. And yes the dark stuff in between my nail and skin is dried blood she sealed into the topcoat. 🤦‍♀️

it’s been about four hours since I got my nails done & the gel polish has already chipped off my thumb nail as well as the other one just chipping all together completely. Super unfortunate due to the fact that I have a flight to catch in a few hrs. Wouldn’t recommend, it hasn’t even been a full 24 hrs.

paid $100 plus a $20 tip, 2 nails popped off and 1 lifted up in 2 days… at work all im doing is dealing with money… called them over the phone and they told me i can come in and they will redo them with no charge and when i got there (12:00) when my appointment was they asked me to wait until 2 until the lady that did my nails got there so she could do them.. over the phone they asked if i wanted to wait until 2 or come in at 12 and have someone else do them… appointment was at 12, 3 different people came in with a appointment for 12:30 and got in before i did. and there is a used toothpick in the massage chairs 🤢

I have been frequenting Gloss since they opened and took a break when my acrylics grew out. I went back in and had my third bad experience. I have to say they are very inconsistent, I made an appointment for 9:30 and waited until 9:50 to be taken back. I was passed around three times and left sitting for 15 more minutes. I explained it was my daughters graduation and needed to leave by a certain time. I got a tech and she started me after looking at the picture I had. After starting one hand she got up and left for 10 min. She put tips on that were wider than my nails and filed them down. They are now gapping and hurt. My nails are not almond shaped and she missed spots with the polish, and all my nails are different lengths. She rushed me out when her next customer that she knew came in. My fingers hurt until yesterday and now I’m left to file the sides myself to stop it since the tips are too wide. I have requested fixes before and am told I have to have the same tech. I do not want her again so I’ll just go elsewhere to fix once my fingers stop hurting. I was also charged 10 for chrome. I will not be back. This was $65 and was done 3 days ago.
6/2- went in for a fix of the issues after calling and being told I would be accommodated because I did not want the same tech. At this point I had two nails fall off and 2 lift. I told the front desk that it was supposed to be complimentary and I did not want the same tech. Again I made an appointment and was told this on the phone. Appointment was 4:30 I waited until 5:00 to get someone. It was slow going. She got up and left for 10 min. She did a fairly decent job shape was much better but an appointment at 4:30 and leaving at 6:38 is crazy! Then as I was leaving they charged me for the service it was $55 my daughter got a full with design it was $45. I objected but they said no because it was a different tech. There was a huge line of people and I didn’t want a scene. I don’t know how you intend to stay in business when you keep doing this. I’d love to talk to the owner.
Update for 2024 tried again and was sorely disappointed they didn’t fully cure my gel polish, asked for oval short and got almond long when I complained they ignored me. I will never go back
