First experience here. Had my granddaughter with me. Me for pedicure & her for both manicure & pedicure. Well I got mine done. Only had 1 worker there. I informed her as to what we both would like. She proceeded to take us both back to the chairs for a pedicure. So my granddaughter sat beside me an hour watching & waiting to be next only to have the lady tell her. I do everything but I don’t do acrylics. Which is the main thing my granddaughter went for. Well then you don’t do everything now do you? So we paid & went to vinton to find a place for her to get her nails done.
Only 1 worker & she can’t do acrylic nails???? Then why was she there alone cuz her helper has a second job & leaves at 3 & he does the nails. So maybe they should just close at 3 then.. What’s the sense of a nail solan if people can’t do nails. I mean really. It is a nail salon after all.

My first time there and I will definitely be back. Sheila did my pedicure and dip nails. Very impressed by how detailed she was. She is also a sweet, kind lady. I booked my next appointment before I left. I relocated so I needed to find a new salon and have went to several and was not happy. I have found my new salon, finally!!!!

Very nice lady but she completely annihilated my nails. She was rushing and jumping from customer to customer because understaffed. Some of my nails were missing dip powder on the sides which caused one to break literally 2 days after getting this $65 manicure. Additionally, she used the wrong top coat on my dip nails. I asked her about it and she lied to my face and said it was the correct top coat. Very kind lady but service was awful. Also, I don’t appreciate being lied to. The customers know what the correct products are. Please don’t insult our intelligence.

It doesn’t look like there were enough employees. But, I received probably the best s&s manicure ever. I’ll grant you she took a bit long than I’m used to, but it was complete perfection. Every step of the way she was checking her work and they came out beautiful. Going back tomorrow.
You are better off calling ahead since their staff is low.
