I have been coming to this nail salon for a couple months and every time I get a different person. This last time (4ish weeks ago) I got a younger girl and she was completely distracted the whole time and I left with Nails that were not what I asked for. Whatever I can live with ugly nails. I did the survey but nobody ever said anything. Fast forward to now and my nail looks like this, I’m still dealing with the aftermath of this girl ruining my nails and will probably take months to grow back. All my nails are wrecked and have never looked like this after getting a full set. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and years and this is never happened. I literally left bleeding and my nails were in pain and it only got worse. Like I said, she was completely distracted the whole time, this took almost 2 hours and my nails were trash. ID AVOID IF I WERE YOU!

First time visitor today. I had a powder manicure and regular pedicure. It was a really nice experience. Helen did a thorough pedicure taking care of all the rough spots leaving me with clean pretty feet and toes. 😊. Tom did a great job with my powder manicure.

I love Glitz and Glam St Augustine! It is always very clean and the staff are all so friendly and welcoming. I have had my nails done by Lee and Mia. Both were extremely gentle and thorough. Both asked me if I was happy with my nails and patiently answered all my questions. Both times my nails looked beautiful!! I would 100% recommend Glitz and Glam St Augustine.
