Really disappointed with management not responding to my texts and pictures about my mom’s botched manicure and fulfilling a refund for the service and tip.

45 minutes after leaving the salon, her nails still weren’t dry and ended up rubbing off completely!

I called the manager, who told us to come back in. I requested a refund because we did not have the time or energy to come back to get this fixed and simply requested a refund.

The manager did not respond to my texts and I chalked it up to a loss.

The tech who did my mom’s nails seemed to have put in too much thinner into the polish, and they tried fixing this by putting her under a UV light, which clearly did not do the trick.

This salon stays open late, they take their last clients until past closing. They carried the hard gel (gel builder) that I prefer. So I was happy. Leslie did my nails, and they came out FLY! It’s a good local spot with fab light fixtures. Parking is right but it’s a big shopping center.

Never met more racists women in my life…rude, money hungry and always thinking about money and charging money unfairly…went here 3 times or so and they started off with a low price and when you ask for the same price the next time…the lady shouts no! yet she gave that price on the first and second service and even gave me a card with the figure to present the next time! So…once you come back the fourth time…here’s the kicker and I’m the customer —wait, were busy, so and so is not here to do your nails, if someone else does it will be….! and such horrible spirits and attitudes—so immature for older women who seem to be the majority. If you’re a person of color…I’d avoid this shop. Good, mature, pleasant service is key!

Ok so I’ve been a client here for a long time. I called for appt with Cathy( which she is the best so I kept coming back here bcoz of her) The owner Kelly said come @3. So i went@3, Kelly told me to sit in one of the pedi chair and that Cathy will be right with me coz she’s doing someone’s nails.(which I think she just started doing someone’s nail prior me coming, when literally I called to make an appt with her at 3pm)
At 3:40 I asked Kelly about Cathy and she said she’s almost done..10mins later still Cathy is not done.. so I walked out.. 😡
wasted almost an hr for nothing. If Kelly should have told me that Cathy won’t be done till certain time, then I should have come back later instead of just seating on the chair with prune feet (soaking for almost an hr.) this is not the first time this happened, but since I like Cathy I kept coming back here. But I had it with this nail salon so time for me to look for a new one.
Will not coming back..
