If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely terrible business structure and customer service. The online system let me book an appointment for today despite there being no staff to provide the service. I understand sometimes technology doesn’t work the way we want it to. However, when I arrived for my appointment, the two ladies at the front desk at 11am on June 14th told me the stylist wasn’t here but to take a seat and she’d be in soon. I waited about 5 minutes but realized something wasn’t right. I went back to the front desk and asked if my appointment was confirmed for today. They said yes it was in the system but the stylist wasn’t scheduled. They offered to show me their schedule book as proof, to which I declined. I then asked why they would seat me to wait knowing there was no stylist in today and one of the girls answered, “I don’t know”. So, tip for the future: update your system to coincide with stylist schedules, and train your staff to confirm appointments when clients arrive and let the client know immediately if there’s been a problem and the stylist won’t be in instead of seating them. I have to wonder how long they would have let me sit there waiting until one of them finally told the truth.

Cassidy was great today! I was just in for a haircut, she did a great job, checking in as she went an adapting to my requests. She was professional and a great conversation. 100% plan on coming back. The service is always wonderful. The products are high quality and priced appropriately. 10/10
