Loyal customer every 3-4 weeks since they opened and this place has went downhill. I’ve used Suanne for the last year and the last 2 times, my nails chipped in a week, I went back for repair and today the girl who did my ombré repair had my nails look like this! It’s horrible. I told her they looked bad and not like the rest of my nails. She pretended to not understand me. I will not be back.

When i moved to tampa i was so nervous about finding a new nail tech that i could trust!! Thank goodness i found Noc. She is INCREDIBLE. She is extremely dedicated to her work and exceeds my expectations every single time!!!! I won’t trust anyone else with my nails!

The worst customer service I have ever received a nail salon. I had made an appointment for dip with nail extensions. They started doing the nails without the tip. I had to let them know I needed the tip. Then they didn’t ask what shape I wanted they just began doing square. I corrected them and said I wanted almond shape. The shape isn’t even almond. It looks like sharp pointy stubs. The guy asked if I liked the shape when I was paying and I said not really and he smiled. Overall super disappointed with the service and results.

First time going on Monday as my regular tech was booked. I needed a fill in and pedicure. I had two people working on me at the same time, I told them I could wait and go to the working station table. The tech insisted that they could work simultaneously on both my hands and feet. Fine. But I had second thoughts as I intuitively sensed the work wouldn’t come out right… I had several little complaints on my hands, he apologized. Machine was too hot on my nail bed. Then he nipped my cuticles.

Back again today. 6 days later. I told them how I wasn’t satisfied and how the work was poorly done prior. One nail cracked.. the nail polish was on my skin, the acrylic was lifting. Although they gave me a discount, in 6 days, I’ve spent over $100.00, including tips X’3. For a sorry job.

They attempted to correct it but it’s even worse. My acrylic is thick and uneven, one nail is oddly larger than all of my nails.

Don’t waste your time and money. I hear that the only person at the shop that is decent doing nails is someone by the name of “Noc”. Idk that wasn’t my experience.

I’m very unsatisfied.
