MY NAILS LITERALLY STARTED PEELING OFF AFTER NOT EVEN WEARING THEM FOR 3 DAYS! They charged me 85$ for the set and while yes the design it’s self turned out really good however the nails themselves are very flimsy and the paint started bunching up after barely a day of wearing them. I even had to ask the guy who did my nails multiple times in order for him to completely take off leftover polish that was on my FINGERS

Let me start off by saying I LOVED! This Place And Still Do Love Sarah! She was my favorite nail tech in Green Bay when I started going here 2 years ago. Unfortunately the last 3 times I came here I called the salon to make an appointment with SARAH! And every time I went in she started to throw me away to other people Mid service or just not take me at all because she is over booked even tho I clearly made the appointment, I’ve been trying to over look this because again I really like this lady. The last time I came in was on 6/5/24 me and my husband came in for pedicures and I needed a Full Set as I was getting the pedicure done she came and put down my acrylic then walked away from me when another person came thru the door that did not have an appointment and started her full set. I sat in the pedicure chair for over 20 minutes and this is where me and my husband saw a mouse run by the wall into the back of the shop I screamed in terror. Everyone in the place heard me “OMG ITS A MOUSE!! Ewww” Everyone Laughed like it was nothing.. Then Sarah told me she’s going to have her sister paint my nails Because she was still busy with the other person, I said okay because honestly I’m very fed up at this point and scared that a mouse is going to run across my feet and wanted to get the heck outta there, she painted my nails with the gel color I requested but left the paint all over my skin/cuticles as my husband came to pay out bill $160 without Tip.. I asked Sarah to clean me up and she did as well as she could. I walked out with 1-2 air bubbles on my nails and not super happy at all Over The Next 2 Days I saw more and more bubbles and now they are black spots, I texted Sarah personally and asked to come in so SHE!! Can repaint them and she told me she’s going to charge me $20. it’s not the money it’s the disrespect they really don’t care about there clients needs/health and Sarah is Very Over Worked to end this if you want to be thrown around from person to person and see some wildlife come here 👍🏼

I had an appointment with Sarah today and I loved her service. She worked with me patiently while I figured out what shape and length I wanted since I’m new to acrylics, was very friendly, and did a fantastic job!! Truly a great nail tech and I’m very pleased with my service. My mother has been going to this salon for years and always has her nails done perfectly, she referred me. Unfortunately, there seems to be a recent change of management, and I did not agree with what I was charged. According to my nail tech, the store manager decides the price of any pattern put on nails, which I didn’t think much of at first. I was shocked when he decided to charge me $70 for my set. They’re very pretty, but not worth $70. I should’ve sought out the manager before the mail tech finished the design, if I did so I would’ve never added a pattern. I know many salons in the area charge much less, and I may have to seek other options.

I love the environment this salon brings!! everyone is very kind and my nails were a 10/10. Danny matched the picture perfectly!
