I would have given no stars but that was not a choice. I have been to this salon many times and have been reasonably satisfied. At 10:00 on Monday morning August 28th, 2023 I phoned to book appointments for a group of 4, 2 pedicures and 2 manicures for 2:00. I was told that was not a problem but when we arrived there was a scurry of activity and we were all made to feel it was a huge imposition and the staff were very unfriendly. The lady who did my pedicure was grumpy and kept lightly hitting my toes and asking in a very perturbed tone to relax my toes. I have never had this experience anywhere before and was quite shocked! After all our services, my 2 daughters and my sister and I all commented on the unfriendliness and rudeness of the staff. My daughter who had the manicure commented on how she was overcharged. She already has gel nails and merely asked for a fill and a very simple design on her nails. She was charged for the full nail service. I started with a pedicure and added on a manicure, and the lady agreed but was even grumpier. I was a total idiot but I did tip and have no idea why?!?! My feet are still very rough and I had done gardening that morning and still have dirt in my toe nails. There is a man that works there and if he is there, I will go back but if he is not there, I will turn around and walk out.

I don’t think I have ever been so impressed in my entire life! While these guy ALWAYS do a great job, today was next level awesome! HIGHLY RECOMMEND 😍

Went for a pedicure with my Mom… we both sat next to each other… the lady who was doing mine was grumpy and rushed… she finished mine 15 minutes before my mom was done. My Mother was getting a great massage and pedicure, and I was sitting there lol…. I will not return to this location for pedicures. Some of the staff seem great but this lady was not happy to be working.

When in for a deluxe pedicure from a gift certificate I received for Mothers Day. The gift card was for $80. Was surprised at the end that they said the total was $80. I wasn’t sure of the prices since it was a gift but I thought it was expensive. I had to pay for the $4 of taxes and left a $20 tip.
I found out later that the cost of a deluxe pedicure is $60 (as stated on the website) so my gift was to cover the services as well as the tip. Looking online, in almost every other establishment in town, you can get a pedicure AND a manicure for that price of less!

I called to let them know I was over charged by $24 and they said no, the extra $20 was for shellac (which I was not told). I told them it didn’t have 2 prices for deluxe on the website and they said it was listed under “add ons”. I looked and it is not there. They do have shellac listed under artificial nails, but even there it is only $15. Super disappointed in the price gouging and dishonesty

I walked in on a whim and Caitlin did my nails. I am absolutely obsessed. She was so lovely. She was incredibly detail oriented and fast. I can’t wait to get my nails done again. 10/10 experience.
