Honestly, I am one of those who always likes to give good reviews but I feel very ashamed of how my hands look. I went so that my nails looked beautiful, not so that they looked out of horror film.

I don’t think I’ve ever been so unhappy with a set in my life. I asked for “nails so sharp you could cut someone” and had to ask three times to make them sharper and they’re still dull and the points aren’t straight and the sides of the nails are bumpy. I could tell she wasn’t going to be able to get the shape I wanted (and was paying $60 for) because the nail file was so worn it looked like a piece of cardboard. I asked for a drip look on each nail and she was unable to do it. Didn’t look good after trying twice so I just had her skip it. After putting on the acrylic, They filled the underside of my nail with glue which just left everything a mess and when I got home I spent an hour trying to peel it off because it looks just so messy and poorly done. I didn’t see any sanitizer anywhere on any work station and after using the drill bits, they just threw them into a pencil box with other tools in it. Nobody washed their hands in between clients, as they bounced between people. I felt like they rushed through my appointment to just get through as many people as possible instead of actually caring about what the customer is about to look like.

Price is great. Some visits are pleasant, some are a little questionable but all in all, it’s a good spot. Though it may take a while, my nails always turn out just how I want them to.

Absolutely awful. They priced me 30 for gel manicure. Which was amazing. I went back for a color change 3 weeks later and they charged me $45. Made no sense. The girl that did it told me it would be cheaper then the owner decided to increase the prices on the spot. It made no sense. I also got my first time pedicure there and they made two of my toes bleed and it just wasn’t pleasing. The massage chair was good though! One bright side! Also my nails are completely streaky. Dark blotchy areas both toes and fingers. If i didn’t get screwed with pricing I wouldn’t have been so upset. Also, the place is just dirty. It needs a deep clean, not just the building but the tools, seats etc. just everything. It was only my second time there but definitely my last.

Love this place been coming here for years, Kelly is amazing at what she does,she’s the best . Sometimes I have a design and most of the time I let her do whatever she feels and I always love the results
