It has been a few months since my last visit but not a day goes by where I don’t look at my skin and think about the BOSS facial! Naomi is so knowledgeable and talented and treats the skin with procedures that give results both immediate and over time. I know it feels like a treat or splurge to visit a spa but this facial is a treatment and an investment in your skin. Cannot recommend it enough!

There is a risk of bias to this review since I am married to Naómi, the owner of Glam Shack – but consider this……I was a client BEFORE I was a husband, boyfriend and prospective suitor.

It all stated with a facial…….that was so out-of-this-world memorable, it lasted a lifetime.

Naómi is the most knowledgeable person you’ll ever meet in regards to the health of your skin. Her curious nature prevents her from just accepting the trends of the month as the gospel of skin care. She uses her lifetime of knowledge from thousands of applied services combined with well-established dermatological facts to reach a carefully calculated solution to any skin care problem / goal her clients may have……..And don’t worry – your skin won’t be experimented on. That’s what I’m here for.

Yes, Naómi has the most sparkling personality of anyone I’ve ever met, yes, Naómi is beautiful and yes, she has that intriguing South African accent, and a whole lot of amazing attributes….but one of the most impressive to me is her hand-eye coordination and meticulous nature. It still fascinates me almost 20 years later, to watch her precise hand movements when performing tasks such as painting, waxing, and doing permanent make-up. She would have made a spectacular surgeon.

I have been using Naómi’s skin products for years now, and I feel confident in saying that to almost anyone, I look damn near a decade younger than my actual age, and I don’t believe it’s because of genetics.

The craziest thing about what I wrote here, is that I haven’t oversold her at all. Quite the opposite. You’re in for a treat.

I can remember when I first went to get my eyebrows done. I was hoping that this wasn’t something I was going to regret. When I left the salon after getting my new eyebrows, I was in a panic and thought I looked a little like Groucho Marx. I didn’t!!!! I was just used to having my little thin eyebrows, and now I had normal beautiful, looking eyebrows. Naómi, you truly have a talent and know how to make a woman feel beautiful. Absolutely LOVE Naomi and Glam Shack! I have had the best facials and also got my eyebrows done with Naomi. I am so happy with the results of the powder brows. I was very nervous about the process but she was so kind and walked me through it step by step. Highly recommend!!
