My entire experience was underwhelming and disappointing.

I do however appreciate the gorgeous spa/salon and was grateful my appointment actually started on time!

I came here on a whim cause my usual nail person was unavailable and was serviced by Lee.

When I walked in Lee was already at the front counter l. I wasn’t really greeted… just asked to sign in.

I sat down and complimented the salon’s space and decor, shared that I was a new client and thanked Lee for her time. She never acknowledged this.. She proceeds to drill my nails down as I had already had a dip powder manicure. I typically soak them so I asked was this normal procedure. She told said yes and that she will use the foil method as well after drilling. This panicked and upset me as we are filing my actual nails I had been intentionally growing out for 5 weeks.

During this I asked about ombré and she pointed out that she herself couldn’t do it but a nearby colleague behind her could motioning for me to move. I declined and opted to proceed with a single color and she continued to say and motion me to go to the other lady. I honestly felt like she did not want to my dip set.

We literally had an almost 1 minute exchange of me declining to move to her colleague for an Ombré that I had already decided NOT to do.
I had to get a bit stern and again tell her that I was no longer interested, seated , and would rather just proceed with her.

During the service she kept aggressively tugging on my hands (inward closer to her) which I did not appreciate. She worked quickly during the filing and shaping and there was a lack of attention to detail… Which for me is extremely important.

My nail is filed too much on one side so my nail looks crooked (again my real nails- not tips which is most upsetting ). When I mentioned the nail to her, there was never a true acknowledgment or apology until I pointed out other flaws in my nails around the nail bed, etc.

In fact her response to the crooked nail was “it was thick” —- in response to the way the powder was setting.

The powder used said acrylic powder which I was told by her IS the same as your average dip powder (but a different tech told me no)
I actually researched the product and it’s apparently a two in one with their monomer recommended for application. Had I known this prior I would have likely declined dip and proceeded with gel polish as I don’t want to use acrylic products.

I wanted to love this place. I really did … it’s beautiful…. but I likely will not come again. There was no accountability or true acknowledgement or concern for my concerns. I definitely didn’t feel valued as a patron of their establishment.

I am so embarrassed at how my nails look … they definitely do not look like a fresh job, they are not uniformed and clean like I am used to. This but it was a last minute appointment (booked just outside of 12hrs) so I guess my own fault. The price was also less than what I usually and was expecting to pay so also “you get what you pay for”?

This is the result of my $50 pedicure only 8 days after being done. I’ve never experienced chipping like this so soon from a salon. I have pedicures done every 4-5 weeks or so and they usually look good/decent at the end of the 5 weeks whether I choose gel or regular polish. I moved from out of state so I chose them to try first and I am incredibly unsatisfied with my experience. I haven’t been soaking in a bath or swimming, either to promote chipping.

I wanted a white background and to have a flower/art done over it on the big toe. Apparently they won’t allow nail art unless you do the $20+ upgrade to gel polish, because it wont dry fast enough. Making it a minimum of $70‐80 for a pedicure with nail art. You’re just a number here, they get people in and out as fast as possible and don’t take into consideration what the customer wants. I’ve been getting my nails and pedicures done for over 20 years and have never heard such nonsense. There were plenty of chairs open that I could’ve sat there while the polish dried to have nail art. It wouldn’t have mattered anyway with how horrible the product is that they used. 🙄 I will never recommend this salon. Absolute waste of money.

Had an amazing first visit experience at Glam Nails! Kevin was patient and friendly. Most importantly he listened to what I wanted and executed it flawlessly. Beautiful shop, organized with both appointments and walk-ins. Patrons have to check-in prior to service. Really enjoyed my experience here. I got Dip Powder on my natural nails and Spa pedicure (regular polish)

I recently had the most relaxing experience at Glam Nails and Spa for a pedicure. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The ambiance was soothing, and the staff were attentive to every detail. My pedicurist was skilled and meticulous, ensuring my feet felt pampered and rejuvenated by the end of the session. The array of nail polish colors to choose from was impressive, and the final result was impeccable. I left feeling relaxed, confident, and ready to show off my perfectly pedicured toes. I can’t recommend Glam Nails & Spa enough for anyone looking for a top-notch pedicure experience!
