Glam Nail Spa

Despite their commendable customer service, I would rate them poorly if it weren’t for that. During my first visit a few weeks ago for a gel manicure, I experienced a significant wait (50 minutes), and decided to give them some leeway since it was a Saturday and I did not have an appointment. However, it was not worth the wait, as the manicure itself was disappointing – streaks from the brush were visible, my nails were roughened unnecessarily with a file, and some areas of my nails lacked polish coverage. An attempt to fix the issues when I came back 5 minutes later resulted in excessively thick polish. Although they offered a free redo, scheduling was inconvenient, as I made an appointment for two days later and when I showed up to it, they tried to tell me to come back after a few hours because they didn’t have anyone to help me. When I expressed that I couldn’t because I had already spent time and effort driving there on my lunch break, they all of a sudden had someone that could help. The second attempt left my manicure excessively bubbly. I usually don’t care for a bubble or two, but all of my nails had around 10 bubbles/indents. It just looked really bad. At this point, I didn’t have any more energy to express dissatisfaction, as they clearly wouldn’t be able to provide me with the quality manicure I was looking for. While they remained polite and accommodating throughout, the overall quality was disappointing. I’m awarding two stars solely for their service, but I won’t be returning due to the unsatisfactory results.

I have used Glam nails for a couple of months now and I love them. Everyone is super nice they are always laughing and having fun with eachother which to me shows a healthy work environment. They all do excellent job on my nails I get acrylic and gel. I have also done SNS. I’ve gone to multiple other salons and Glam is definitely the best and most consistent with the quality and shaping of my nails. I wish they were open on Sundays.

I had been looking for a new nail salon (that was reasonably priced + offered what I was looking for.. I LOVE designs) and Glam Nail Spa was a HIT.

Customer service is amazing, they always deliver on my requests (and I have very wild ideas sometimes LOL), and they are worth the price. My nails last for at least 3 weeks and I work with my hands daily so if you’re considering, JUST COME!

Great place! Everyone is great to work on anything! Also they are so polite to people coming in and each other! Great quality work and prices!
