That one Girl
10/10!!! Annie did my nails today and I couldn’t be happier! I called in for an appointment, to get a fill, I was surprised how they took me in at the time scheduled, not many nail salons keep their appointments as promised but this place did! Annie did an incredible job! Even though my prior nail work was horrible which was from a different place, Annie fixed everything up and did a beautiful fill! Beautiful shape! Not bulky! And a beautiful pink with chrome! I’m beyond happy! Definitely recommend! And prices are good too!
Nail salon is clean/ modern, very well maintained/ all equipment up to date 🙂 they offer free water or soda, music is a good vibe too, reminded me as if I was in Miami Beach 🙂 And most importantly friendly workers!

I’m very upset with the service I got. I felt rushed and overwhelmed then second I got there, then once I got to the seat, showed them my reference photo (the last photo), she started working. Everything was fine, but every time i tried to look at the nails, she told me to put them in the gel drying hole, so I never got a good look at them. Finally she finished, then before I could look, told me to wash my hands, then finally, I saw what they looked like. Some are crooked, files unevenly, and the marble and flowers look like something a child would do. We paid and left because I didn’t want to be one of those people, but I am so upset with how they turned out. I’m going on vacation in a few days, and I have to take these off because I’m so embarrassed of them they are so ugly and I just wasted so much money.

My intention was not to harass anyone. I tried to explain myself simply and knew that who ever could get it done super quick and easy. $30 for the cost of a trial and if I liked the experience would come back to whom ever would be willing to take care of me.
I know it’s not very often you find Glow in the dark options at nail salons. I favor towards glowing the dark nails for my girls to stare at bedtime.
I can do my nails perfectly fine myself at home but was just trying to get out in about after having a baby. I just want to negotiate before I make a commitment to service. Not many people understand how fragile my nails really are that’s why I asked to not buff them.
Kind of like a consultation but they just want you to just sit down don’t ask questions or have a personality.
Am I expecting too much?

i used to come here all the time two years ago, went today and i’m not happy with a single one of my nails… i wanted to get in with my new salon last minute and they weren’t able to get me in so i decided to come back to this one, i wanted a checkered design, my nails look like a picnic blanket.. i really wish everything went well, but it did not, the lady redid my nails several times showed me my nails i said i didn’t like it she fixed it again it was fine then she did the next checked it in with me i said ehh because it could have been way better.. she told me to put it in the lamp.. she made my checkered nails look rushed, they’re so clumpy, i usually can hold it in, i was visibly upset checking with my friend she kept telling me to trust the process, the lady ended up putting chrome on it, she put it on one nail asked how i liked it, i said it was okay but not what i wanted, she still proceeded to do it to every single nail. she said it would be free, went to pay, it was 25 extra!!! what the heck. last photo is what i asked for. there’s no way im celebrating my birthday with these in the pictures. i really wished everything worked out, they used to do so good and im sure they still do

Worst $100 I ever spent tbh.
If I could leave a 0 star I would. I waited 3 hours to get taken care of. The nails not only came out uneven, but they came out chunky. & I went back an hour after my visit cause the nails were already chipping. I asked the receptionist in the button up to help me in some way cause he wanted me to sit down and have them repair it, but I was there for 3 hours earlier and I had family waiting for me at the airport. I don’t have time for that, not to mention I had my two kids with me. His only help was “I can repair it”. I told him I don’t have time to wait another 3 hours. And then he just walked away to answer the phone lol. Unbelievable. 😅 I’m shocked they have such good reviews. Cause they’re trash.
