The pictures speak for themselves.

Went back a couple hours later to ask them to fix it (because they looked absolutely terrible) and told him i would be happy to pay for his time. the man sat me down, aggressively took off all the nails and did not care that he was hurting me, and then told me if I didn’t like it then I should go somewhere else. I left sobbing and confused.

I have been coming to Glacé Nails since they opened, and I will never be returning.

Everyone here is incredibly friendly and kind. I went in today for an appointment with Tracy and I showed her a picture of a design I wanted. She took that design and made it 100% better. I’m thrilled with the outcome.

Great pedicure with one lady. I asked for white tips for my nails and the other lady argued with me for ten minutes about not understanding what I wanted. Very rude. For that reason I wouldn’t come here. They don’t appreciate their customers. I left the salon halfway done with my nails.

This place is very unprofessional! They are cleaning bowls with tub scrub! One older guy told me he couldn’t fix my nail after he had already started. They speak poor English big language barrier. Never come here. They even had a pet dog tied to the service chair 🙄

Rude upon arrival. I brought my three year old in to get her nail polish hoping she would have a great experience. She loves nail polish so I thought it would be something fun for her. My daughter was really exited the lady that was doing her nails was not very pleasant. She didn’t talk to my daughter other than to say “be still” “don’t move”. My daughter started crying. I asked if we could just pay and leave. The lady did hug my daughter and tell her she was sorry but as a three year old she just couldn’t process what she had done wrong. The lady didn’t make us pay and she did say sorry but it was just a bad experience that hurt my heart for my daughter
