These are by far the worst nails I have ever gotten. I should have listened to the many people that all said the same thing about this place. “Everyone knows not to go to Get Nailed” I have lived in Carson for 4 years now and have only been to this place 5 times and my experience has been fine so I just chocked it up to “everyone’s experience is different but here we are now. I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 16 years old , I’m 28 so I know what they’re suppose to look like and this isn’t even about the design, I knew the design was a goner after she started getting an attitude. It’s more about how she did the tips and acrylic. I am not sure what was going on with this lady but I have went to (Diane) three times now and the other two times she did great. I got them done on Saturday and it looks like I have had them done for two weeks now. Unacceptable. Horrible. It’s way to thick and the lines on the design are uneven and the nail tip on my middle finger is chipped under the acrylic which I thought she was going to fix but didn’t, so I’m sure that’s gona come off soon. To make matters worse, she asked me if my nails are okay and as I proceeded to tell her what I didn’t like she got an attitude. I was done at that point, I’m not one to go back and fourth. I just paid and left. $80 for nails and gel pedi. My pedi is great though so I guess that’s something. I made an appointment with Karissa’s Nails to fix them and thankfully they can get me in before Valentines Day.

For health reasons this place NEEDS to be shut down. For your safety, please go somewhere else. Not only did I not get what I paid for, got laughed at for asking for it, left with cut up finger tips from the drill, but they gave me a fungus infection I am embarrassed to even post. After leaving I could stick a toothpick between the gap of my natural nail and whatever cheap material they used on my hands. The cosmology board advised that the nails be removed immediately. This is what I am left it. They are so brittle I can’t pull my laundry out, tie shoes, wash my hair without pain, ect.

PLEASE SAVE YOUR NAILS & PERSONAL HEALTH FROM THIS.

This is a novel of a review but please take the time to read.

The ladies that did me and my sisters pedicures were nice enough.
However, they cut my nails way too short, and they’re hurting now and I’ll probably get an ingrown toenail.
She barely did any prep work on my nails in terms of cuticles, exfoliation and getting my calluses off my feet. I stand on my feet all day at work and need more attention in my heel area which was definitely obvious to anyone who looked at them.
She barely touched my heels or any part of my feet. She soaked each of my feet for about 3 minutes each.
Then, she got gel polish all around my nail, and kept scraping it off with her sharp fingernail. After she cured the gel polish, she started filing away at it again. It was extremely uncomfortable.
Lastly, she did not even massage my feet or legs. All she did was rub my legs up and down for about 7-10 minutes to the point that my skin was literally rubbed raw by her gloves from the friction.
The whole pedicure was only about 45 minutes and it felt like they were rushing EVERYTHING.
The lady doing my pedicure kept getting up and walking away every 5-10 minutes.
Not to even mention the lack of customer service from all, and especially the manicure tech talking on the phone really loudly the entire time and disrupting our pedicures.
Overall, it was a horrible experience. I would never recommend going there and I definitely won’t be ever again.

AMAZING NAIL SALON!!!! I’ve only gone for about a year & my daughter has gone for years. Such great personalities giving ,excellent service & care to nails & pedicures. Giving personalized service as you walk in. Tiffany, Luna, Linda and others… even the new husband & wife team (sorry I don’t remember names). I have watched them all with their clients as I sit with my sweet Tiffany (amazing hand artwork on my accent nail!) or get my pedicure. I have only seen KINDNESS & EXCELLENT service. Happy clients!! Their salon is clean and organized. Service is obviously a priority! Is always a wonderful part of my visit💜. Tiffany is my nail gal. She runs the Salon. She has a caring, precious personality. Multitasking without compromising her service to you. I don’t even have the words to say what a great experience it is. ~TREAT YOURSELF! ~ GET NAILED ~in Carson City 😊

I had asked for a certain design and shape and had got something completely different and she rushed doing my nails. This is what I wanted in blue but the Right sided pic is what she did.
