This is my favorite place in Carlsbad, I’ve come here lots of times and they always do a great job. This time was a bit unique in that I asked for a manicure but I wanted something “holiday” on my nails. Heidy did a great job with the decals, even redoing a couple she wasn’t happy with. It seems nail decorations aren’t their strong point, but I was really pleased with the effort that went in to give me what I wanted.

I had the worst experience here, and super pricey. I paid $75 for a manicure pedicure. I walked in wanting a fill for my tips, I wanted long nails and gel color. I walked out with short finger nails and no color and a very unsatisfactory experience. The tech couldn’t figure out my nail color that I wanted and kept going back in forth with me for a color to choose. Although another tech telling her which colors to mix. I told her just to do a fill amd color she told me we can do a hard gel application on my natural nails and it would be stronger. She than took polish off cut my nails so short. She said it’s because my nails were weak. She then told me that I have to pay for a full set. I told her no I will not pay for a full set! That is not what we discussed. She also kept discouraging me to get the color on regular nails because it wouldnt look good on my natural nails. I told her forget it just finish the manicure and no color. She also expressed very rough service with me and showed annoyed she was with what I was asking for her to do. Please save your money. I expressed my unsatisfactory experience with the management and he was arguing with me.

Loved my time here. Relaxing and peaceful. Christine gave me a beautiful pedicure with a wonderful massage. The classic pedicure is $32 and includes everything you could want! A perfect pedicure experience.

Visiting from Miami and needed a full set. Vanessa was exceptional! So friendly, patience and sweet. It was the best experience I have had at a salon in a very long time. Will definitely return when I’m in the area I highly recommend them.

Great customer service, pretty and clean salon parlor. I received a pedicure, traditional nail polish. Waxing services also provided. Prices are decent with good quality service. Appointment is recommended. Parking can be limited during the busy times.
