I’ve been coming here since September 1923 and today is the first day that I was just not happy. I wasn’t happy with the service. The lady was nice but she didn’t know what she was doing. I’ve never seen my nails. I had the dip powder put on my nails she filed my actual nails downso much and then cut them to this uneven and she still asked for tip and I always guess the guy who normally gets them wasn’t there today I was so sad though I’m not feeling confident today at all my nails never looked bad for $56 and then the last time I got a tips on two nails put on it she filed both the tips down then charged me to replace them.

I thought I had a decent pedicure experience until after I got home and my husband informed me that THEY FORGOT TO DO MY PINKY TOE!! I wasn’t paying close enough attention apparently, but didn’t think that I had to check and make sure my pinky toe got polished…

Sucks because I don’t live close so huge inconvenience to have to go back!

UPDATE: After further examination, I am going to say he painted it, however the gel polish is just popping off. I woke up, and another toe is bare. $71 after tip, for my day 2 toes to look like this!!!

This was my first and last time here . I went there for a pedicure and gel fill. I noticed about six people came in after me . I was patiently waiting for about 25 minutes and I saw the older guy that sits at the front by the desk tell the lady that came after me go sit in a chair then he told me to sit in a chair. The lady was served before me be I was humble. So when the other guy told me to sit in his seat, I ask are you going to wash your hands.he looked so surprised so he went to get some hand sanitizer and came back talking his language. I said I thank you I didn’t know I had to ask you to wash your hands after doing someone else’s nails then he said I just wash my hands I said no, you sanitizer your hands . Then he said do you want someone else to do your nails, I said I don’t know anyone in here this is my first time. At that point I was not comfortable with him doing my nails so I got up and walked out. But I did tell the guy who works at the front that this was my first and last time. How can they get mad if someone ask them to wash their hands after they finish with a client I thought that was the protocol.

This is my go to place but yesterday just won’t it. Me and my daughter went for pedicures and my manicure. First i requested a female for her and they ignored and still sent a man. The service was rushed! I ask for the paraffin wax pedi 47$ n stones $5 and they charge me $52 + $5 and said I got a signature but that’s not what I ask for. I didn’t notice until I got home at looked at this receipt. I thought it was a lil pricey than normal but thought maybe the prices went up again but I was definitely overcharged. I will be calling them soon as they open and I think it’s best I take my $ elsewhere cus the service has really went down

I’ve been coming here to get my nails done every 4-5 wks for almost a year. I have referred about 10 people here…after today… I will never be back!
I called a week in advance & scheduled a 545pm appt to get my toes done by 1 tech & my gel-X nails by Kim. I’ve had this same appt time every 4-5 wks without an issue.

usually I dont leave until 8-830pm… because I end up having to wait for 30mins/more….before getting into a chair (Even though I call days/weeks in advance with a scheduled appt). I’ve never complained about this…even though I do not like it.

Today 5mins before my toes were done…my nail tech Kim …taps my leg & tells me “Come back tomorrow, I don’t feel like staying until 8pm to do your nails. I won’t do your nails today”.

At first I thought she was joking. My appt was scheduled ahead of time….Tomorrow I will be going out of town. I was getting my toes & nails done for a wedding… that I am in.
I wasn’t available to “come back tomorrow “.
By this time it’s 7pm… I had a 545pm appt… I wasn’t seated in the pedicure chair until after 6pm..mind you.

Had I been notified when I arrived at 540pm…that they could not accommodate the full services I scheduled for… I would have left & gone to a salon ….that could.

By 7pm…. every other salon was closing /closed. The nail tech Kim…just walked away after I explained I’m getting my nails done for a wedding…& need them done tonight.
She told me the shop closes at 7pm… however it was full of people still at 715pm. There were even people just getting into chairs at that time.

Other nail techs offered to do acrylic nails for me tonight… but I get Gel-X nails… because acrylic nails extremely weaken my nails. This entire encounter was rude & highly unprofessional. Especially for a Consistent client.
To make matters worse when I asked to speak with a manager… I was I was essentially ignored for like 15mins….while all the techs… including Kim.. started speaking about the issue in another language.
Extremely disappointed in the horrible customer service I experienced here today. Will absolutely never be back, & will be telling all my family members (who I referred, that are now Consistent clients)..not to return either!!
