Customer Reviews:
I typically get a dip manicure and occasionally a pedicure and both services are great.
The prices aren’t the lowest but they’re also not outrageous which is wonderful. There are plenty of color options and choices to choose from. I particularly like that they have dipnduo, where you can get dip on your hands and get the same color in traditional polish on your toes!
I love going here and get excited to back each time! – just don’t overbook my guy 😂😂 I still need my appointments.
Despite being able to accommodate me right away, I left the salon feeling disappointed and even in tears. The technician didn’t inquire about my desired nail shape, resulting in nails that were much shorter than I had hoped for. Additionally, the application of the acrylic was noticeably thick, although they did attempt to even it out upon my request.
However, when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the nail length and requested a reshaping, my concerns weren’t adequately addressed. I even mentioned that I didn’t want any polish due to my disappointment. When it came time to pay, someone noticed I wasn’t getting polish and inquired about it, to which I simply replied with a polite “no, thank you.” It was evident that I was visibly upset and on the verge of tears.
Regrettably, not even 30 minutes after leaving the salon, I accidentally bumped my nails on the steering wheel and car door, resulting in chipped tips. Despite my frustration, I still paid for the service and left a tip as a courtesy.
I sincerely hope that this business takes customer feedback seriously and addresses the issues with the particular nail technician. It’s crucial to ensure that customers are well taken care of, especially if the salon is aware that a technician is still new. Checking in on each other and offering assistance when available can greatly improve the overall experience. Unfortunately, no one took the initiative to do so in my case.
I hope that this review serves as constructive feedback, urging the salon to prioritize customer satisfaction and provide better communication and support among its staff.
