Kelly is amazing. She stayed open wayyy after close to do my nails and she did such a fantastic job. She was so meticulous and a perfectionist. 11/10 would recommend.

I will never go anywhere else for a pedicure. I am loyal to Kelly and Galleria! She is the best and treats her loyal customers like family. She gives the best chair massages too—highly recommend!

Reviews brought me here but the experience is far from 5 stars. Look I know it’s a problem to find a good medium price range nail salon here in Manhattan. But calling this the best gel manicure of your life – far from it. I know it’s tough for a small business to get not 5-star reviews but sometimes it’s necessary to manage new customers’ expectations. Somewhat rude and impatient staff, very far from perfect manicure, place needs a good makeover. But hey it’s $40 for gel manicure so you get what you pay for. Some of the nicer places I went charge double that so you’re getting better value. Don’t think I’ll be back here. But it’s up to you to decide what matters to you.

I went yesterday to get a manicure and get my lip waxed. It’s very peaceful—they play classical music in the background—and not at all crowded, at least not on a Sunday afternoon. Julianna did my nails perfectly ☺️ FYI, I came in with short nails since I play an instrument. I plan to return soon and will let my friends know about this place. The price is right for the service and quality.

I really hate to be leaving a review like this because Kelly was so nice and did a great job on my nails. However, it was dirty. The paper that my nails were being done on unfolded to reveal old nail clippings and crumbs. When I stepped into the tub to get a pedicure, there was hair in it. Won’t be going back sadly. Also two of my nails on my pedicure fell off after 4 days (it was a gel pedicure)
