I am a young girl and jave always been picky with my nails and service and am always going to different salons to meet my satisfaction. I am very happy to say that these people have finally met my satisfaction and i will be coming back. The lady that did my nails was so sweet and asked if my nail looked good before moving on to the next and even offered me a drink. !!!

I’m so disappointed. I spent forever here and so much money – $103 for the service and $20 for the tip on June 5. The quality of my dip nails is awful. They were so lumpy, not the shape I asked for, and after less than a week my nails are coming off and chipped. I don’t do manual labor; I have a computer job. There’s no need that the nails should look like this.
Update: they’ve all come off now. Not even a full week… I called the store for a partial refund and they said no refunds. I totally understand if I had them for a couple of weeks, but they didn’t even last 1 week.

Disappointing. Visiting from out of town and was looking for a place to get dip removed and a regular manicure. Felt like they continued to push gel even after asking for regular polish. Not very helpful with colors – asked for something similar to bubble bath and was told they could only do that in gel. When I finally chose a color from their pre-painted options, it was nothing like the one I had chosen. Asked for an almond shape but needed nails cut down. Ended up with rounded square and all different lengths. Not a great experience – sadly, could have done my own nails better.

The BEST nails I’ve ever had done. Perfect length and shape! Being in healthcare it’s hard to have them short with a good shape, but she did an amazing job. Will be coming back! and they have the OPI dip powders!

Went into Galaxy to get a pedicure, manicure and a pedicure and gel nails for my daughter. I had a good experience with my pedicure but my daughters pedicure was pretty rushed, charged us $55 for 15 min then my manicure was very rushed you can kinda tell by the picture that my nails don’t look like they were manicured they soaked my hands for like 30 seconds and didn’t do anything to my cuticles and finished in 10 min. They don’t even look cleaned up. Paid a total of $212 but for a service that was very rushed bc they were getting busy. Like I’m paying you for a service I’m not even receiving correctly. Never going back. This is what I get for trying out a new place.
