Came to do my nails this lady “Cindy” which I think is lie because I heard them call her something else. She was in such a big rush doing my nails that she cut me on numerous occasions. I asked her to please slow down because she was causing me pain. $70 for this!!! The treatment got worse after telling her to go slower and she kept cutting me!!!

By far the worst place I have ever been too! The lady was rude and working in a rush. First off kept gluing her finger to mine and put way too much glue. I began to notice after placing nails she never measured to make sure all were the same size after the first application was when i began to regret going there. I was getting a short nail and a ombre. The nails look horrible so I asked her to stop and I wanted them removed she completely was ignoring me and said what’s wrong.. I showed her and she grabbed my hand to continue I once again asked her to stop and I wanted them removed, she then began to tell me she would fix it. Mind you I’m upset and just sitting there letting her finish. When I looked them she never even buffed them or fixed the shape she applied the oil and told me to wash my hands.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WHAT SO EVER!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE! I literally cried and this was all before my Birthday Dinner😭

Me and my mom went in to get our nails done. It was dirty in there but I hate to judge a book by its cover. She got us fast because we were the only ones there. She was going very fast. I asked for a oval shape and it was all different shapes. They put the wrong nail polish on my moms nails. And instead of taking them off and starting over they just painted over it. You can still see the other color through it and on the sides it wasn’t even painted. When we first went in she said it was $45 but charged us $55. All together was $115 which I thought was a lot for it being bad. I asked for a refund and the lady said she was not going to refund me. She started yelling at me. The whole time I was being very nice to her. All she wanted to give me was $30 back but I said $35 since she cut my nails off. When she was cutting my nails off she was grabbing my hands very hard. And they said they were going to refund me $35 but they were only going to do $30 and I made them fix it. I was being nice the whole time. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

Paid for two pedicures. Gentlemen doing mine was to busy on his phone and watching tv to provide decent service. Acted as if he’d never touched feet before. Started out with a woman working on my bf, she just up and left not a peep. Another Gentlemen took over. Hot stones were stone cold. Will never go back. Got a better massage from chair than what was given on legs amd feet.

Overall this place is great for pedicures! The best! But I got a manicure & they were the worst nails I had ever gotten! I told her to do one thing & she did what she wanted & still charged me a crazy amount… also done my brows here for a while but lately everytime iv gone she has burnt me!
