Title: Extremely Dissatisfied with Gaia Nail Salon

Review:
I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Gaia Nail Salon. The level of rudeness and lack of customer service was truly shocking. From the moment I walked in, I was met with an unfriendly and unwelcoming attitude from the staff.

Not only did they neglect to properly clean my nails, but the pedicure I received was extremely poorly done. The lack of attention to detail was evident, and it left me feeling unsatisfied and frustrated. Additionally, the so-called “deep foot massage” was nothing more than a basic application of cream. I expected a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, but instead, I was left feeling underwhelmed.

To make matters worse, the manager displayed a complete lack of professionalism. Their rude and angry demeanor only added to the already negative atmosphere of the salon. It is truly disheartening to see such unprofessional behavior from someone in a managerial position.

Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Gaia Nail Salon. The lack of cleanliness, poor execution of services, and the rude behavior of the manager are completely unacceptable. I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider visiting this salon. There are plenty of other establishments that offer better service and value for your money.

Quite expensive for the level of skill of their technicians, its not the place I’d go for artistic or creative nail art, and its pretty dark inside, can be hard to tell what color your polish really is. But if you want a simple and straightforward mani pedi with hardly ever a wait- the place seems clean and friendly.

I got a GEL pedicure here yesterday around 3 PM. I noticed that my polish was still sticky yesterday, but today when I put closed-toed shoes on today, the GEL polish on both of my big toes literally stuck to the tops of my shoes and came off. This is inexcusable for a gel pedicure. I’ve never had a worse pedicure experience, and it was $70. Do not go here!

Worst service ever. My daughter had an appointment at 11am and they took over 4 hours for a full set and pedicure. Her full set looks awful! I called and complained and asked for a refund but the manager refused. Do NOT go here, waste of time and money

I paid $70!!!!!!!!!!! For a pedicure that was maybe worth $25.
The pedicure room has a nice ambiance, i liked the dim lighting. That’s my one star.
Before i knew what was happening, my toenails were cut way too short and my cuticle was bleeding. The man doing my nails seemed to have no clue what he was doing.
He put regular polish on my nails instead of gel and was trying to cure it under the light. It obviously wasn’t working so someone else had to come redo the whole thing so it took twice as long. I tried to ask the lady for a discount since my toe was bleeding but she didn’t understand what i was saying.
My friend realized after her pedicure that there was no top coat on her toes and upon putting on shoes the gel literally rubbed right off. We’re waiting on a call back from the salon manager. But I feel we paid WAY too much for this service. It’s supposed to be a relaxing service and I’d rather spend my money at a place where you don’t need to watch them like a Hawk to make sure it’s done correctly!
