It sucks to leave this review but extremely disappointed with today’s service. I came in today for my 25th birthday nails. From the start, I felt very rushed picking out the colors I wanted but just shrugged it off. I let the lady know I wanted different designs for each nail, and showed her the pictures I had saved on my phone for inspo. I would have been perfectly okay if she had been honest in that moment and told me she wasn’t comfortable doing designs, but she didn’t. Once she started on the designs, I quickly realized that not only did they not match on both hands, but they were nothing like the photos. So I kindly asked her to take off the 2 designs she had already done before she kept going….I don’t know if this upset her but once I asked for this, she became extremely harsh with my hands. She kept adding coats and leaving the sides extremely messy like seen in the photos. These pictures were also taken when I got home so you can’t tell too much, but all my fingers were red and inflamed from how harsh she started filling them. This nail salon had been my favorite place for quite sometime. It’s the place I got my nails done for my engagement and my wedding. And even though I no longer live in NC, whenever I’m in town visiting my parents, I always looked forward to coming here. After today, I won’t be returning.

Worst experience ever, would highly not recommend. Me, my mom, my sisters and nieces went to get manicure and pedicure for my sister birthday and came our having the worst time ever. I had a simple 1 color almond shape manicure with no design. Voice my concern that the nails were uneven and requested to have them reshaped. It looked like the curving point on each side of the nail started at different point of the nail making it look uneven. After the lady reshape only two of the nails, she stated that she see nothing wrong with the nails and they looked pretty even to her. There was other issues with the manicure but didn’t address since the lady brush my one concern off and seems like we were really rush to get out of there. Other issue is that there is a gap between the nail tip and nail big enough that my other nail tip is able to fit in between them. Another nail tip that was glue awkwardly that the tip was tilted forward towards my nail along with multiple cuts on my fingers. My niece had a pedicure and one of her toe nail of rip off so bad that they didn’t recommend putting any polish one it. My other niece had just French tip manicure, but the French tip was painted so far up the nail that you can see where her hyponychium starts. My mother request the same color polish as I had and her lady told her that they were currently out of the same color. I will post picture side by side that you guys can see the issues. Will never be going back there.

I had a great experience today at Future Nails! I work late and they were able to fit me in right before close. They were meticulous and didn’t rush, even though I was coming in so close to their closing time. I would recommend them to anyone!

I take my daughter here ALWAYS! They get in the chair asap & services are quick! They try their best to follow inspo pics and Megan is an AWESOME nail tech! 10/10 definitely would recommend!!

Don’t do it they rushed on my nails I was literally seated for less then 30 mins I asked for French tips and walked in got seated and at when it was time to paint them he started painteing them yellow totally forgot I wanted yellow French tips only lasted 1 week and they also hurt I have little red spots on my nails I’m sure its gonna leave a ring just don’t i also asked for square French tips and got square with curved edges
