I first want to start this by saying that I NEVER give a bad review on anything… ever and it has taken me almost three months to finally be able to talk about my experience with this business.
I booked a hair and makeup appointment through Fringe Salon for my wedding day where I paid extra for them to come to my cabin for the appointment. To start, THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. Once I finally called them (45 minutes later) they said that they had no address to go to nor a phone number to call which I knew I gave them both pieces of information when I first scheduled the appointment. As I was frantic on the phone, the lady told me I could drive to the salon and still be worked on which I thought was a relief. Little did I know I was going to walk out of there looking like a beauty queen contestant. The hair and makeup was NOTHING like I had asked for and I walked out of the salon holding back tears. I went back to our cabin and literally redid it all myself. Oh and to top it off, they didn’t refund me the travel fee and said they were going to keep it as gratuity. The moral of this review is if you are looking for somewhere to get your hair and or makeup done for your wedding… DO NOT GO HERE.
ITZEL RAMIREZ … While in Tennessee for a wedding & Vacay.. I was desperate for a haircut mine you my hairstylist is back home in Jersey.. while sight seeing I was passing by this place the The Frnge everyday..lol.. and there sign read Walk ins welcomed.. ha.! So I took a chance
And went in.. and believe me it wasn’t easy, Cause I’m VERY PICKY.!!!
BUT I felt at ease when I met Itzel..
She listened to what I needed & wanted
Done…. and BAM!!… SHE DID IT PERFECTLY 👌.. Thank You so much
Itzel… Keep doing what you do..!!!
Oh and if I’m ever back in Tennessee and need a Fixin I will come see 👀 🙂 you.
