I used this nail salonfor the 3rd time. A pedicure should be a relaxing experience. Never here. Today I had to tell the tech to be less rough cutting cuticles. Ignored me. Almost caused my ankle area to bleed by buffing too hard. Calf/foot massage was also not enjoyable. Final polish job looks good.

They do a great job….however after today I will not be returning. I get one day off a week and had to wait well over a hour. This is crazy. I wasted my morning waiting. Sorry not sorry you need more employees or mention that the wait will be long af!!!! My time is valuable too!
Edit to add…after my pedicure I was asked to wait yet again for my manicure. I then stayed I have been here since 9:45 and I had to listen to how he had been there since 9 with no break or food. And he is short staffed. I am a paying customer. How dare you! You need serious customer service training! You suck! I will never recommend you or go here again!

I went in for a pedicure as a walk in, and the only good part of the experience ce was that there was no wait. My pedicure lasted no more than 20 minutes including drying time. The polish was put on so thick that it wiped off almost 3 hours later. There is polish all over one of my toes also.

Messy sloppy job on fill-in. Nail tech that did nails was shaking as if she was nervous so I started conversation… before I could get out of my seat to go wash my hands she was headed for the door…I called talked to Tommy explained situation…Next day gentleman( not Tommy but other dude) was very unprofessional although he did fix my nails.

Treated my 13 year old daughter today with a gel manicure. I waited outside in the parking lot due to covid and crowded waiting area. When she was finished she called me to come around for her. She asked me to see her nails and that they didn’t look right. The gel polish was not applied right and left ridges and bald spots on her nails (see photos). I immediately went back in to the salon to ask about them. I asked the man upfront to take a look at them. He agreed that they weren’t good, however placed blame on my child that she didn’t say anything to her nail tech. I reminded him that she was a child and I paid $40.00. He became belligerent and turned his back on us talking to his client about us negatively. I was very disappointed that he chose to act so unprofessional and basically dismiss her even after he saw the shotty work. I have been going here for years for services and I will never go back after today. SHAME ON THEM FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A CHILD!!!
