I’ve been going to this spa for a few years! Thank you Loretta for being such an amazing person with healing hands!!! I’m always happy with my services.

I recently came here for the first time and will definitely be returning. The spa is located in a beautiful historic neighborhood inside a gorgeous house with the spa on the first floor and the owner’s living space on the second. The spa itself is clean and offers a chic, modern atmosphere. It’s obvious that a lot of time, care, and love has gone into this place.

When I entered, I was promptly greeted and invited to take a seat to wait for my manicure appointment. While waiting, I had a lovely chat with another client who couldn’t say enough positive things about the spa. She said she’s a regular who comes in every 2 weeks.

During my appointment, all the staff were very kind and professional. They took the time to help me better understand what services I would need to achieve my desired results. I don’t know much about nail design or which types of manicures are best for certain things, so their consideration was greatly appreciated. I never felt that I was being condescended to for my lack of knowledge.

We decided on a full set of acrylic nails, with the “glam” add-on, filed to an almond shape. 2 nails on each hand have glitter over the color; and the white nails have chrome powder layered over them for a slight holographic effect. The cost for this manicure was $90.

I had a wonderful conversation with the owner while she worked on my nails. She’s so sweet and funny, and really made the experience so much better for me. I can’t speak to the other services offered here, as I’ve only had a manicure so far, but I do know that I will not be going anywhere else for nail services. Fresh has got my complete confidence and, therefore, my business!

Yep. This is the place to be when you need personal, intimate service. One of my biggest hang-ups is walking into a salon and finding it packed with people. The staff would get people in and out like the next number at the deli line. I’m so happy to say this place is so much different!

I felt completely relaxed during my first ever massage. My masseuse had fantastic communication, she asked me questions, told me what to expect, and checked in to make sure her pressure was good throughout our session. I really appreciated that.

I feel like a limp fettuccine noodle – which is a great thing, and I’m making moves to have this be a quarterly thing. I’m happy to be supporting a Black Owned business and I’ll be making regular trips here from now on!

This was my first time at Fresh nail lounge and Spa I received a gift certificate from my daughter. I want yesterday for a 80min massage and was thrilled by this little hidden gem on the Northeast side of Syracuse. I was greeted by Tia a wonderful young lady with great customer service skills. I then was greeted by Loretta my Masseuse she was a wonderful lady who explained what she would be doing and made you feel welcomed. I left there ready to tackle the day. Thank you ladies for an amazing day of self-care.

The very best neighborhood salon! These ladies go above and beyond to make sure the entire experience is amazing from start to finish. I love the pedicures because you get to choose the scent of your lotions scrubs and oils and they craft it all right there with essential oils. Also – they always have fresh, delicious cookies, could it get any better??
