It’s ok. It’s a very clean and neat salon. Everyone is friendly. I did like that there wasn’t the typical salon smells of chemicals. I don’t care for the online booking for multiple people because it looks like you only booked service for one. You can’t even review the appointment details in your account or by email. I thought the color selection of polish was pretty lacking. My manicurist was nice but didn’t cover the whole nail and left hangnails behind. For me not worth the price tag.

The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is because I used to receive good quality service. This all changed after my last visit. First of all, the place is under new management, and it shows. Customer service has taken a nosedive. It seems that nearly every nail tech left with the previous manager as it was full of new faces. I went in for a basic pedicure and gel manicure. I’ve gotten this service before under my previous tech and it usually took about an hour so I planned my schedule around this assumption. It took her two hours to complete the job, which in turn, caused me to be late to another appointment. I would be willing to overlook the ridiculous amount of time it took if it meant that there was close attention to detail, but the gel polish was overlapping onto my skin on two of my nails, causing them to dig into my skin, the polish on one of my nails was smudged and bumpy, and within three hours after leaving, the corner of another nail chipped off, resulting in a sharp edge that kept snagging on my clothes and furniture. By the next morning, the polish on another nail had peeled off completely. When I tried to call into the salon, nobody would answer the phone. I had left to go out of town the night before and knew there was no way I could continue having my clothes getting snagged and the pain of the overlapping gel digging into my skin until I could get back into town, so I found a salon in the town where I was staying and had to have them remove the polish and repaint the nails. I emailed the manager along with pictures of the chipped nails and a picture of the receipt from the other salon. By this point, I had already left two voicemails and heard nothing back. In my email, I requested two things: cancellation of my membership, and reimbursement for what I had to pay the other salon to repaint my nails ($32.96). I waited an additional three days and still received no response. I finally showed up at the salon and left a message in-person to please have the manager contact me. When I still didn’t hear back from her, I left another voicemail the next day asking her to please contact me. I finally received an email informing me that my membership has been canceled as requested. That’s it. No apologies for the poor service, no offer to reimburse me for what I paid to the other salon, no apologies for not responding to my messages. Nothing. This used to be a good place, but my most recent experience has proved that good management makes all the difference.

Katie did an amazing job with my manicure and pedicure. She was gentle and very detailed. I’m in Cincinnati, but the drive is worth it, and will make the drive again!

I came in to get my gel polish removed. Annie was so gentle with my nails. Highly recommend. She took her time and did it right. Very good conversationalist! I have never had a problem with Frenchies. Very clean establishment. I definitely recommend!

I am very disappointed. I got married in June and decided to treat my girls to manicures and pedicures the day before the wedding. I booked my party for 7 people back in February or March. I booked everyone to come in at the same time. Received texts having them all staggered the day before we were to go in. I received a phone call the morning of them clarifying something and I asked about why the times switched and they said it is because a nail tech left but they should be able to accommodate everyone to come in at the original time. One person in my party came later and was stuck waiting even longer because they didn’t have a person to take her. I understand only having a set number of workers but if I placed this party months in advance which they told me to do, do not be taking other clients in at the same time. Found it very disrespectful and to kept being told it is due to people quitting the whole time we were there. I loved my nail tech Amber but overall the experience was terrible. Do not go here if you are trying to take a party. They compensated me and kept apologizing but again I do not recommend. Very dissatisfied which sucks because I have never had a problem in the past.
