Been coming here for years, always loved the way they did my nails. We’ll today is my last time coming here. Every time I’ve come here I had a design placed on my toe, and today they tried to tell me that’s not able to be done. Well it’s been done that way for the last 8 or 9 years. So not only would they not do a design, the polish is streaky and not very good at all. They push and push for you to get gel which I don’t like plus I like giving a bigger tip. So instead of my usual tip she got half, and I won’t be back. That might be petty, but I paid a lot money and shouldn’t be punished because I don’t want gel.

Amazing artist. She was really gentle and did an amazing job on my nails! She was so kind too my oldest daughter went to watch and she answered her many randomn questions about what she was doing and how! 😆 I wish I took her card or remembered her name darn it. But it was at spot 8. That’s her desk! Definitely recommend!

First time here. Got a fill and nail art. They did great no complaints at all. They are even smooth and honestly perfect. The lady who did my nails was nice and took her time to make them perfect.. And the price was reasonable, the other place I used to goto would’ve charged me way more.

I normally have great service however last 2 times, they haven’t listen and nails look terrible. Young man sat me down and said “I looked you up, I know what you want”. I’m not sure why he said that because I never get the same color and I hate them square. I tried to tell him and he wasn’t listening, he was talking to his buddy the whole time. He did a plain clear polish, no pale pink underneath and you can clearly see the old polish that he didn’t remove underneath. I just wanted a simple Mani for vacation and have to search to get them redone. Very unhappy with services lately, I feel they rush you through to get to the more expensive customers. I use them a lot and refer a lot of friends and feel they can improve from this very low quality manicure that I received. I would like to post a picture but I see no space for one, I’m sure you’d agree.

The price on the board was different then the price they charged me. They jacked the price up by 30.00 for a full set with French tip. Like others said I think they makeup the prices as they go. Also, the tech wasn’t friendly and she did a horrible job. I asked for one thing and got something else. It looked horrible too! She did the nails in 30 minutes. Which is why they probably looked so bad! I will never go back there! Wish I could give them zero stars!
