Lily is amazing. Any design I want she does and my nails last about 3 weeks. Very high quality work and the friendliest place to be. I CANT SAY ENOUGH ON HOW GREAT THEY ARE!!!

I wish I could give them ZERO stars. I wouldn’t recommend this nails salon. The employees are very rude. I called ahead of time to see if they had availability, I was told to come in 15 mins and they would get a chair ready. I arrived 15 mins as the man recommended. When I arrived I waited 30 mins! As I was getting the pedicure I watched as the one employee brought a customer to the counter to pay and stared at the girls purse the while tip waiting for the girl to tip her. After my nails were painted, I asked her if I could let my nails dry and she said yes. Then the lady rushed me by putting my shoes on. Once it came time for me to pay, the lady follows me to the cash register and once I paid she said “what no tip?” This is entitlement, rude and horrible customer service. I’ve never had any staff at a nail salon follow me to the cash register and have the nerve to demand a tip.
Tips are optional! Bad customer service does not deserve a tip.

Pretty bad first experience. For paying almost $100 dollars I didn’t get what I requested I got the opposite even though I told them clearly what I wanted and showed a picture. Not only that when I asked for something she would put her recommendation over mine and not listen to her client. I felt rushed the whole time didn’t even enjoy a relaxing luxurious experience and it was like they didn’t have the fan or AC on. It was very hot and with all the body heat became super uncomfortable along with being rushed to find a color I was literally told to hurry. So not a good experience for me. My nail color has a crooked side that I didn’t even want to mention to fix because I knew she would be argumentative… I wont be getting my nails done for a long time after this.

They did a wonderful job on my mani and pedi and I absolutely love the simple design Tammy did on my nails! I am so glad they are to close to where I moved to!

The manager sat and barely looked up from his phone and grunted at me when I asked him to translate for my nail attendant as she didn’t speak a word of English. I left with my nails looking just meh. I took off the toenail polish a month later to find I have a nail fungus on several toes 🤬.
