I’m not sure what is going on but my past three visits had extraordinary wait times. The first for the three was double booked because Lin forgot to put my appointment in the book. I arrived and was told they could get to me in an hour or two. Unfortunately that did not work for me so I left without service that day.
Next visit, I got a text while on my way to the appointment (twenty minutes before my appointment time) to come an hour later because they were backed up. I arrived as scheduled but had to wait at least a half hour.
Yesterday I had an appointment. When I arrived only Cindy was there (my appointment t was with her) and busy with another client. I’m not sure if it was a walk in or late arrival, but it was a half hour before they were done and resulted in yet another long wait for me. Lin was not there, told Cindy to tell me to wait because she had to pick up her daughter at work and would be back. I was there for 45 min before Lin returned and then complained about the business she was missing out on because she had to transport her daughter to and from work.
Cindy had already begun my service.
This has been my go to place for years. They do a fine job. I hope the time management issues are resolved because i like to patronize small businesses but the lack of regard for the value of my time is disturbing.
