The salon is clean and neat and the owner did my gel nails. however, she didn’t clean my cuticles and didn’t file very well. didn’t buff as well. won’t be going back

Went here with my MOH for our wedding and luckily the manager was able to fit us in. It was an OK experience for us. We both requested a French ombre design for our manicures. Mine turned out amazing but my MOH’s was not so great. Hers was like paint dripping down a wall. Sadly they tried to fix it and it looked just OK in the end. The overall attitude of the staff was not very welcoming sadly either. It is a nice location and very clean but lacks in staff training and hospitality.

This place had been hit and miss everytime I’ve been here. Sometimes I’ve loved the nails and design but the last 3 or 4 times I wasnt very happy. Kim always does awesome things with acrylic nails, but I always get gel nails. Mind you, I’ve been spoiled, my previous nail lady was very talented and did amazing things with gel and shellac but she moved out of state. So when I went here and asked for something I’ve had done before in the past I was told its not possible. Makes me think they just do not want to take the time to do it. Disappointing.
