I had the gel manicure and this happened three days later. Then two more the next day. I eventually had to take the rest off and they came off so easily with just a pull. Terrible! My hubby had manicure and it looked like nothing was done the next day. She filed my nails so hard and filed my skin with it. Sore the day after. I chose a more subtle color. But she searched for almost 10mins, couldn’t find it. So, I had to settle for this color. Hated it. Same thing happened with the other nail tech. She kept looking for the customer’s color for about 15mins. Why aren’t they organized? Never had gel manicure 💅 be this bad before. Really disappointed. But they were nice enough, hence the 2 🌟

The ladies here are very kind and professional. Their equipment and facility are very clean and I felt very comfortable in their hands. They did an acrylic set and gel polish manicure on me and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I showed her a picture and she matched it nearly perfectly. I’ll bet returning in the future for my nails again. ☺️

UPDATE: I’m a regular now and I always love my nails since the last time! I’ve been back at least four times and I even brought my mom! Extremely nice, great availability, take their time and always take pride in their work! Also, with prices going up they are pretty affordable!

A year ago: She was so nice! I’ve stopped going to a lot of nail places because they were hurting me so I appreciated the care and kindness extremely! Although she did take her time, which I also appreciated, my nails are a bit crooked, uneven and misshapen. I don’t think it’s super noticable but it was definitely an off day/set (it seemed like her hands may have hurt) so it’s definitely worth a try compared to other horrible experiences I’ve had or heard about at other places.
