Jessi from Freestyle organized the hair and makeup team for our wedding. She literally saved the day with her talented team, affordable pricing, and availability for my date! My (bride) hair was done by Rachel Makowski and my makeup was done by Lauren R. (who I don’t think actually works at Freestyle). Bridesmaid hair and makeup was done by Colleen Hughes and Melissa. (And Rachel and Lauren also did some bridesmaid hair and makeup). Colleen did makeup for my mother and aunt. I was very impressed with the whole team. They showed up on time and stuck to schedule and everyone looked lovely. Melissa worked some magic with some thin hair. Lauren, Jessi, and Rachel also ensured I got exactly what I wanted. Rachel did a 2nd trial for me and Jessi brought Lauren onto the team after I wasn’t in love with my first trial with another artist. Lauren R. was amazing in making sure my trial was just right and she took notes for all the colors and shades used and reminded me the night before about the stuff I was responsible for bringing (personal pick for lips and brows). Overall super pleased with the team we had!!! Wedding was October 2021.

With the exception of Sharita, every hair stylist REFUSED to cut my 2 1/2 yo boys summer buzz. He’s so well behaved and likes to watch and enjoys the experience…wow! Extremely disappointed in this place I’ve been coming to for 8+ years.

If you’re looking to get a haircut for your child, do NOT come here. At least not to see Ashley. I’ve had not one, but 2 horrible experiences with her. After not remembering her name, I was unfortunately scheduled with her a second time. She rushed through my sons haircut and was so nasty (rude) the whole time and super aggressive. My son (3 years old) was not aloud to sit on my lap, and when I tried to console him when he got upset, I was rudely asked to sit down. Then, my son coughed one single time and after expressing how bad she thought he sounded, she made me feel the need to explain that he was taking a steroid inhaler after a long standing cough that would not go away. She then persisted to act as though she had a degree in medicine and not a certification in cosmetology, saying how terrible it was for him to be on the medication prescribed. I’m not even done. I could say even more, but I said enough I think. Don’t take your little ones here is all.
