Absolutely adorable nail shop! The staff are super sweet & efficient. The young lady who did my daughter’s nails, Simone, was patient & thorough, she did a great job! The atmosphere is soooo welcoming & “modern chic” I would say. There’s a really nice selection of polish choices to choose from, all different beautiful hues/glitters/shimmers. The young lady who worked the front desk was so attentive to everyone who came in. We came for a few little girls getting their nails done for one of their birthdays, and they gave them all juice boxes & rose crowns to wear while they were here. So cute! It really made them feel special & my daughter left loving her sparkly nails. I’ll be back for my own services pretty soon. The pedicure area is my favorite, it looks so comfy!

This review is specifically for their gel manicures. Not sure if it’s due to the nontox nature of their products, but this is a gel manicure only 1.5 weeks old. Peeling like crazy, chipping. Just overall looks terrible. Went with my SIL who had the same experience. She called and asked if they’d do a correction and they said she’d have to pay for a full new appointment. Not returning, worst gel I’ve ever had by a long shot. Should last 2-3 weeks easily!

Don’t waste your money on a gel pedicure. After three days the polish was bubbling and peeling on the sides. Since I went on vacation for a week, I called and asked if anything g could be done. I was told I needed to pay for a full repair. I don’t plan on returning for my nails to peel off when they should last at least a full 2 weeks.

Had a great mani/pedi at the Cornelius location. I started going to Freecoat in Myers Park when it first opened and I’ve always loved it. Such a relaxing atmosphere and the LACK of smell from strong polish/acrylics is wonderful. Kiyah was fabulous and I will definitely be back to see her soon.

I am extremely particularly about my nails and how they are done. It has been difficult to find someone who works with natural nails and will do a good job. Morgan did a beautiful job on my nails. She was attentive throughout the service and my nails turned out really well. I will definitely come back to see her.
