Absolutely terrible. I’ve been a member here for some time and it’s been an absolutely miserable experience. Nikki at the front desk is incredible rude and sassy and has no respect for the members. JP one of the maintenance workers is incredibly disrespectful. I would discourage going to this gym solely because of the staff. Lindsey in childcare care treats her adult members like infants. This place is horribly managed, I would like everyone to reconsider this place. I don’t think it’ll last another 5 years. Some other superior options are stone creek and pac. Terrible!
Additionally it’s disorganized and crumbling. Dirty and nasty. There’s always a chance that water from a random drainage pipe lands on your head

this place has been having a bad rep for quite some time now. don’t send your kids to the mother’s day out and pull your kids from the summer camp. there’s no reason they should’ve hired 16 year olds to take care of many children. why is the teachers/leads allowed phones why kids are in the POOL?do better.

I visited this place recently and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The customer service was practically non-existent, and I felt that the staff, especially JP and Nikki, were incredibly rude and unprofessional. It’s disheartening when members are treated poorly by the very people who are supposed to assist them. I would caution anyone considering this place to be aware of these issues before making a decision to visit.

Too bad we can’t give ZERO stars! The worst staff!!! JP, Lindsey and Nikki are so disrespectful! Great with policy, yet the rude and disrespectful behavior of your staff was not addressed. There’s a way to treat your customers and your staff desperately needs training!

I’ve been getting deep tissue massages for months , years actually ! I asked for their best person since Denise left to provide a deep tissue massage. Very disappointed ! Will be looking for better services.
