Kitchen Bath Quest
I went in for a new full set of acrylics. That involves taking off old acrylic, cutting my real nails short, putting tips on and then applying acrylic over it. For $70.00 mind you, she took off all acrylic and then just applied more. A couple of nails (thumb) needed the length because they were chipped off on edge and she just built the acrylic real thick. I wanted square shape. Polish was terrible as well not filing sides of nails very well. see photo- I was not pleased – so she took off $10.00. Is this worth $60.00?

Had a fantastic manicure and pedicure at the cleanest nail salon in the area. The chairs are super comfortable. Friendly staff and they do a great job! Love everyone here.

Since moving to Naperville in 2019, I’ve been looking for a nail salon that meets my expectations. I finally found it today. My daughter and I came together and really enjoyed our experience. The nail salon is clean, nicely decorated, has NO odor, and we received great customer service. We’ll be back!

This is my next experience in this type of salon. Every salon makes a lot of mistakes and there are obviously shortcomings. Very messy work. They use old files. $60 for such inaccurate work – I think it’s too much. Each salon of this type makes nails as comfortable as possible. People, you take money for it – and your job is not careful.
