I don’t typically write reviews but this is necessary. I’ve been doing my own nails since COVID with gelx at home. I needed a new set and didn’t want to be bothered with doing them myself. I went in on Sunday and these photos are 2 days later on Tuesday. 8 out of 10 nails are lifting. They’re lifting so bad they need either removed or repaired already.

The lady told me my natural nails were “bad”. I do not disagree, but she told me the reason was because I do gelx at home then proceeded to file my already super thin nails and lay the acrylic. I don’t pretend to be a nail tech, because I am not, however I do know that acrylic should not lift on day two, if at all, before needing a fill. Especially when they were prepped so harshly with the drimmel.

I’m not sure if she told me 57.00 or 67.00 but I gave her 80.00 because I tip people even if the service is bad. That’s just who I am. I only had 20s and was in a hurry. Either way these are not worth it because now I need to pay more money to have them fixed by someone else.

I’m not sure what happened to Foxy as I used to go there all the time but this is disappointing. The nail tech asked me if I’ll be back….no ma’am. Not after seeing what happens 48 hours after a new set.

They are very fast but the lady that did my nails did a terrible job. I asked for a set of acrylics and showed her a picture. It was super basic just for Valentine’s Day. The nails themselves are uneven, ridged, and sloppy. She put the white paint on very sloppy as well. I had white polish on the sides of my nails. I asked for the outline of a heart on one nail on each hand. She did a filled in heart. Then the red polish she used smeared on the polish brush and on my nails. She was very rough in my thumb where my cuticle was cut. She was fast but they do not look good. I will not be going back ever again.

The most unsanitary pedicure I’ve ever experienced. Did not change gloves, used the same tools (cuticle cutter and callus removers) while bouncing between MULTIPLE people, the gloves she had on had holes in them. Exfoliated my legs completely dry and scrubbed so hard I have multiple scratches. Toward the end of my service, 3 of the workers started yelling and arguing at each other while they left us in the chairs waiting to finish. This went on for 15 minutes. Safe to say the sanitary violations will be reported to the board of cosmetology.

We came to get 5 pedicures and we were rushed to pick colors, they did a rush job on our pedicures, didn’t even get our moneys worth. we did have appointments, for pedicures and nails. They were taking other appointments before us. We definitely should have been taking care of before the other people.

By far the worst set of acrylics I’ve ever spent $60 for. The polish is completely messed up, looks like he didn’t even try. My nails are all different shapes and sizes and are insanely thick. I requested square shape, and I don’t even know what to call what this shape is. Will never spend a dime in this establishment again.
