This is not my first time here, but this is the worst treatment I have received. First everything was good, I was given a very good cuticle cleaning and spa massage, but after the spa was finished, suddenly a lady (I don’t know if she is the owner or just the manager at this place) came over and asked my trainer to serve other customers, then She took over to paint my nails. but She painted my nails very very badly and in a hurry… then I complained because my nail polish looked VERY UGLY , even better than the paint when I did it myself at home. I know your salon is busy, but that’s not how it works… I pay according to the price of the treatment, not free… you change the trainer and you paint my nails very badly. I was very, very disappointed, and the lady didn’t say sorry to me, instead my trainers were the first to say sorry and tried to fix my nail polish. this will be the last time I come. You should think 1000X before coming to get your nails treatments at this place.

I would have given a lower rating but the customer service was pretty good. However when I went in hoping to get a full set and a $40 pedicure I didn’t expect it to cost $132 that’s without the tip and for as much as I spent on my acrylics I’m dissapointed. Not only is there a dip in my nails but on some of my nails you can see the acrylics because the color was put on terribly. The nail tech also got gel polish all over my cuticles and didn’t cut my cuticles down whatsoever. Something went wrong with my gel polish on ome hand and instead of my nail tech fixing it she just painted a clear top coat over it so you can see the wavy part. She also didn’t put the top coat throughly on on all my nails so it looks a little streaky. This was my first time coming here and I’m very dissapointed. It was a rushed job and I will not be coming back again. However the pedicure was perfect.

So talented and fairly-priced! Recommend here by my friend and came with her for my first dip nail experience. The nail technician that worked on my nails listened to my needs and gave me exactly what I was looking for. 🥰

Always the best! I’ve been a regular for years and have never had a bad experience no matter who I see. They are clean and efficient. I recommend making an appointment for the best service – even if it’s while you’re in your way in.
