I asked for a simple balance and color. Never have I left a shop and all of my nails were a different shape. I asked the lady t fix it multiple times and she acted as if she didn’t see the problem. I’m so unhappy with my services and will never go back. I asked for a clean square and got a mess.

It’s a no frills nail salon with friendly staff. Got the pedi 2: foxy’s premium pedi for $55 and regular polish. Comes with extra massage, lotion, hot towels. And you get to sit in the massage chair for an hour. Very easygoing atmosphere. Will come again!

Nina is the bomb.com!! I am so bad at leaving reviews but wanted to make sure to let every one know that the new management has this place rockin. Lulu fixed a couple repairs for me over a week ago done from another place and did such a great job that I wanted to come back for my balance. Got my balance, pedicure and eyebrows done today and I think I found my new spot after going elsewhere with horrible wait times for last 10 years!! You can tell they care about the job they are doing and are super friendly. The vibe was very relaxing and calm. Will def be coming back!

The best at the lowest rate you can get in Columbus ❤ nails never falls off…lovely staffs too, you will definitely get your money’s worth there…i am very picky with where i get anything self-care done and my experience here has been great, nails last as long as you want them too, 2nd picture is after a month and it even looks better than the picture, i am on my way to fill up the growth cos i am still feeling this colour and want to enjoy it more 😀. Btw NINA did it.

Trash! Don’t go. They get offended when you bring your own colors because you want this exact color. So he intentionally attempted to over emphasize that my polish I brought was bad. No you can’t read, it said thick & extra quick. It means less needed and less drying time. I had to go back to work. He called himself shaping my toe nails. He should’ve just clipped them down. They were all different shapes. I also know the word for big foot and I’m 6ft of course my feet are big. SMH, more Black owned nail shops please. If you know of any please let me know.
