Fox & Hounds has a warm and inviting atmosphere. The entire staff are friendly and proficient! My massage therapist Kaci is very knowledgeable, and always has me moving better after a session!

Recently a had a pedicure with Grace and she did an excellent job. Very good at getting several in grown toenails out and gave me relief. Good value.

I got a facial By Alonna and it was AMAZING! she was so informative and took her time to answer all of my questions. I can’t wait to return!! I also received a massage by Lisa and a haircut by Justine and they were awesome as well! 10/10

I have been seeing Jessica for waxing for almost a year now and I highly recommend her! She is friendly and makes the entire experience comfortable.

Fox and Hound did hair and makeup for myself, my mother and my bridesmaids for my wedding last spring. I was very happy with my hair and makeup. Everything looked great throughout the whole day, late into the night and looked beautiful in pictures. As far as I am aware there were no complaints from any of my bridesmaids. Unfortunately, when it came to my mother’s makeup, we were very unhappy. We both paid for trial hair and makeup months before, and were unsatisfied with the outcome at that time. We gave constructive and specific feedback, both in person at the time of the trial, and over multiple text messages, so to be sure the preferences were documented for the day of the wedding. We were assured by the cosmetologist that she understood and agreed with the critiques, and that it would not be a problem to fix them the day of the wedding. My mom’s makeup the day of the wedding was an exact repeat of the trial. Ultimately, she walked into the salon that morning with her makeup looking much better than it did when we walked out. Our complaints were the same, instead of highlighting and accentuating her best features, her fine lines and wrinkles were magnified. I am not exaggerating that she looked about 10 years older. I could tell she was unhappy as the cosmetologist was finishing up. She asked me to come over to have a look. We politely attempted to express our concerns, to which the employee responded with frustration, “I can’t fix old skin”. Not wanting to cause a scene or take away from my wedding day, my mom thanked the young, rude and inexperienced young woman for trying her best, paid for the service and even gave a tip. My mom is in her early 60’s, while she does have mature skin, her skin is in very good condition. We were not expecting for her to look like Angelina Jolie, but we were expecting for her makeup to be at least slightly elevated than her everyday look. Long story short, I would caution anyone middle aged or older from receiving professional makeup from this salon. This makeup artist in particular was young, inexperienced and unskilled in applying makeup to older women. We gave her the benefit of the doubt when she said she could fix it, that was our mistake. The fact that my mom was disappointed about anything at all at my wedding is just about only negative thing that stands out to me when reflecting about the day over a year later. Just hoping this will save a mother & daughter the same disappointing experience.
