RACIST that wears glasses. He wouldn’t even hear what I had to say before shunning me

Unfortunately today’s experience was a negative one, so I won’t be patronizing them again. While the manicurist was cutting my cuticles she was talking with her colleague and cut two of my fingers in the cuticle area. One cut was so bad it did not stop bleeding after she applied medicine and applied pressure. Her attempts to stop the bleeding were not working fast enough therefore I had to leave with only clear nail polish before my break ended.
They did not offer to give the “manicure” for free due to them cutting my finger which was also disappointing customer service. Although she repeatedly said “I’m sorry” It is not okay to cut my cuticles so poorly and now I have to heal an unsightly swollen cut. Manicurists should be more mindful when distracted by conversation and using sharp tools near customers skin.
