I have been here twice since they opened and had great service done by Mary both times. I would recommend making an appointment and planning for an hour (which is normal/expected). My nails (dip) lasted over a month and still looked great! Will be back 🙂

I feel awful leaving this review but I’m not really sure how else to give this feedback. I was just in to get mine and my daughter’s nails done on 8/22 around 330. We got two gel pedicure, a nail pedicure and a nail dip. We didn’t get done until 545pm. This is one of the longest times it’s ever taken us to get our nails done.

The establishment had 3 patrons getting nails done when we arrived as a walk in and were seated for pedicures. Then it became very chaotic.

They were taking in many other walk ins when it was clear they would not be able to manage each client quickly and effectively. To the point where they had to start our nails and leave to go do others and come back.

This caused my daughters gel manicure to be very messy, as well as the person who did my nails forgot to file them into the shape I requested at the start, leaving them almost the same(not great) shape I walked in with. And the lengths were all uneven and the edges jagged. And the coating of dip that was left really makes them look heavy.

I also noticed the atmosphere, the layout is gorgeous, you can tell thought was really put in to the design. But everyone working there was running around going from one person to the other, leaving us hanging around for a really long time. So it took away from what was supposed to be an exciting, relaxing experience with my daughter.

I am so dissatisfied and disappointed. I feel terrible writing this but I just spent $200 just so I could leave. My daughter and I don’t get our nails done often(1-2 times a year because it is so expensive) and this was supposed be our treat before we went to Disney.

I just hope this feedback can be used constructively. 1. It’s okay to turn people away so that you don’t sacrifice the work you do for the clients you have currently in chairs. 2. Keep the same nail artist with one client until they’re done. 3. Keep families together so they can share the experience. (I didn’t like not being able to sit by my daughter while she got her nails done. She’s only 8).

I have found my new nail salon! Mary and her staff were incredibly friendly and focused on providing excellent customer service. Mary ensures that her services are top-notch, paying close attention to detail and making sure every client leaves satisfied. The salon is clean, well-organized, and has a relaxing atmosphere. I was impressed by the quality of the work and the care they put into making sure I was happy with the results. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great service and a welcoming environment!

Beautiful salon with a large selection of polish/dip powder/gel colors. I requested short almond-shaped tips with dip, and Mary did exactly what I wanted. I was asked twice if I’d like something to drink, which was a nice touch. My service only took about an hour. Highly recommend trying this new salon.

Mary has been doing my nails regularly for years and I keep coming back because she does a fantastic job, she’s super sweet, and always makes me feel comfortable. I get tons of compliments on them and she even suggests fun new touches to always keep them looking fresh 💅🏻💁‍♀️
