I think I’ve been here four times for pedicures (including my first ever!) and it’s consistently pleasant. the skill level of the technicians varies, but it’s never felt less than proficient. It’s easy for me to relax here. I like the hour of attention, the massage chair that always works and the fact that the television always plays cooking shows. The price seems fair for the services offered, and I do feel cared for.

First time coming to this nail salon. I asked for a full set as almond shape. The tech lady was so upset I wanted an almond shape nail, kept saying coffin nail shape was better. I said no I really liked the almond. She then proceeded to talk on her language saying almond, almond. She cut my cuticle too deep it bleed, wiped it with a brush of acetone, it burned. She then couldn’t find the color I wanted, i offered to change color, when i did she was just in a bad mood. she filed my nails so rough.The lady that did my pedicure was okay. I will not be coming back here. I got charged so much and I didn’t get the complete pedi treatment. Don’t waste your time coming here. Rude ladies. You make them mad for no reason they charge more.

Their staff is very nice. They have so many nail polish colors to choose from. The atmosphere is very clean and relaxing.

I’ve gone to this place several times. The environment is lovely. Quiet and mostly friendly ladies. The first time my nails were done wonderfully and the technician was very friendly and accommodating. Each time there after I felt more and more like I was a nuisance whenever I would ask for anything. But I dealt with that because the work was good. But what really bothered me is when I paid for my husband to get a mani/pedi for Christmas. I went with him and also got the same. While he was getting the manicure I asked the technician to please buff his nails since he wasn’t getting polish. She responded with “I did.” However, she did not. I have been going to nail salons for over 30 years and have had my nails buffed multiple times. All she did was file them with a block file. And then, he got a new lady for the pedicure. She was friendly but left him bleeding and with sore spots for days. Such a dissapointment since it was a present. I thought I had found my salon, but that was not acceptable. It’s really a shame to lose a customer over something so ridiculous.

I’ve been to Fossil before and always had a good experience. Today I got a pedi and it was the worst. The tech cut my toe while trimming my nails. She the a sterilized tool on the floor, dipped it in water and kept going. She didn’t use the tool again or I
