Absolutely amazing place from start to finish! Called in the Am, the receptionist was very kind and was able to fit myself and My mother in law in for a pedicure right away. When we arrived the place was incredibly clean. The receptionist let us know which polishes we could choose from for our selected packages and where they were located. We were guided to our selected pedicure chairs (which were massaging!!!!) and our techs asked us if anything was too hot or if the pressure was too much etc the entire time. they listened to every one of our needs. The polish job was perfect. Usually i get the odd polish on my skin but not this time – she did a fantastic job. I 1000% will be going back again. Thank you so much!

Cannot say enough about the friendliness and overall vibe of Forever Polished! Kimmie (y)? is the only person in St Pete (or anywhere) I will spend my money with for a pedicure! Always a great experience. She is conscientious, friendly, helpful, engaged in her service. If you want to be chatty or quiet – she reads her customer well. I’ve been both and it’s never awkward! One zillion stars for her! The rest of the team are also welcoming, friendly and service / care oriented! 🫶🏽

Been here a few times and always had Kimmy, who did a great job. Unfortunately I had to change my appointment and ended up with someone new – very inexperienced. She cut my toes nails super short and filed the skin on one of my big toes. The top coat was lumpy – think she needed a new bottle. So I had to repaint at home. My gel manicure turned out OK but I had to shape myself and they have some lumpy , missing polish areas too. I’m all for giving people the opportunity to learn but they should warn the customers and double check the work. Oh and maybe not charge full price.

Love this place! The store owner & all of the employees are the sweetest, and great at what they do! I am 3 weeks out from my no-chip mani and they still look PERFECT. my friends & I always come here for our pedi dates! 10000% recommend!
