These people do not know how to do nails plus as they all do use language as a barrier. I am sorry if I am paying $25.00 my nails better look like I paid prime rate. No one could file the nails neatly rounding the corner. They left the nail rough to the point you would snag a sweater. Cuticles were in worst shape then when I walked in. Not a drop a product was used to soften the cuticles so when he clipped them the skin started to peel. Believe me it didn’t stop there he couldn’t even paint the nails. I had to finally stop the madness. I had him remove the polish so that I could leave.
Long story shorten, when I went to check out the manager thought that I was going to pay the full $25.00….NO ma’am the most would be $15.00 because I still need to go get my nails done.
What a horrible 30 mins wasted. The manager told me to wait till she gets finished with a person she just started and she will do my nails. Really I just complained about my how my nails not being rounded so you stepped in and still couldn’t round my nails.

I’ve been to Forever Nails twice now and both times they have butchered my cuticles to the point of bleeding and they rush when doing designs. This last time I’ve gone, the nail polish began to chip 4 hours after I left the salon. Not happy with the service I received,

Did a terrible job removing my acrylic nails. She didnt soak them for longer than 15 seconds. Instead she used a nail drill over and over until my nails were super thin and brittle. My middle finger is the only “healthy” nail because I removed it at home. You can tell from the picture how damaged my other nails are now, and the second picture was after I cut off my brittle nails that were bending. Won’t be coming back.

I had to find a new nail salon after having the same girl do my nails for 16 years. One of my friends told me about this place. I was nervous at first going somewhere different after 16 years but I’m so glad that I went! My nails are always on point. They take their time and they do the best shaping and the best Apex. I’m very picky and hard to please when it comes to my nails I like to have them long and the shape has to be perfect and they all have to be the same length haven’t had any complaints yet and they have been very patient with me which I appreciate very much. They are a little bit more pricey then other places but it is so worth it! If you’re thinking about going here stop hesitating and go for it you will not regret it!

I used to go here all the time, my regular nail lady was booked and i needed a quick fill. The guy messed up my shape, my nails look TERRIBLE! when i came in i asked if he knew how to do the service and he said yes, he didn’t. another lady came in and finished and could not make the situation better. all in all it was a terrible experience and i’ll never come back. the customer serve was trash. they didn’t apologize, take anything off, or anything. will make sure to tell people not to come here.
