My senior prom is in two days and my nails look terrible! Paid $70 to have to get them redone. Will not be returning. you can see the photo I showed them versus the results. the hearts are completely off center and we’re supposed to be spades, clubs, hearts, and dimonds. The 7s look like they were drawn with a sharpie.

One of the worst nail experiences I’ve had in the Quad Cities.
The nail tech kept talking over me when I tried to express what I wanted. I said several times that the white line was too thick and he didn’t fix it. I told him that he missed sharp pieces of nail that were digging into my skin and he didn’t fix it. He left acrylic stuck on my skin. When I got home I even noticed a hair encapsulated in the nail.
I will not be returning to this establishment and I will be warning others of their quality of customer service and work ethic.

I went in last weekend for a manicure and pedicure. I had an appointment and had to wait over 30 minutes until they helped me. It was one of the most rushed manicure/ pedicures I’ve ever had. Not only that but Ryan who did my nails was so aggressive. He filed down the side of my toe and the back of my ankle. I told him it was hurting and he kept going. The manicure was so quick and he was pulling my hands too hard to do the nails. He was also filing my nails so hard it was hitting my skin. Normally I enjoy coming here but Ryan was way too aggressive even after I spoke up more than one. This isn’t the first time I’ve had Ryan and he’s been this way. Will not be going back.

I have been coming to Forest Nails regularly for years now! They are always warm and welcoming. The quality is superb. If I get one solid color or an intricate design, I get compliments daily. I recommend anyone to visit and treat yourself to a mani and pedi. It does not matter who you get, they are all good!

She was gentle with my pedicure. Her personality was very pleasant. She wasn’t rushed during my service. I was pleased with the results. Plan to use this salon for future nail services.
